Great location right on the beach with only a few trees, a little swath of grass and cold showers for surfers between this "pub" chain and the sand-ocean. Inside-outside seating; space heaters for the inevitably chilly evenings. Burgers, Bangers, Fish and Chips, Pot Pies, (no squab) Irish Stew, Puddings, a multitude of different beers, every mixed drink known to man.... More

Had been in town for several days staying a block from the beach. Stopped in a for a beer and some fish and chips to go one afternoon. Nice friendly staff, good beer and beverage options, and the food was good.

Just had a fun once there. Great service and the food was good. Fish and chips particularly good. The only downside was the Yorkshire puddings which were apparently more like muffins. Other than that a good trip.

We went for dinner & karaoke our first visit & it was spectacular! Every thing we ordered was very good! Then the karaoke started we had a fantastic time celebrating my sons 33 birthday, with family! It was such fun because all family who wanted to sing got their turn & we ate, laughed & danced the night away! A... More

Went again and discovered the fabulous tuna tartare, shrimp cocktail and corned beef swiss sandwich on marble rye, yum-yum! Spicy bloody mary not bad either. Good price to quality ratio.

For those in the Santa Cruz area, dropping in to the Brit is a must. Wonderful service and a great selection of English and local brews. Highly recommended for all punters from the Antipodes to the Podes.

Near the beach & nice view. Outside sitting arrangement nice. Waitress are friendly & caring. They love to take order & serve as well. I had awesome cheese sticks there. They serve really tasty food & not really expensive. Again very delicious. Food serving style makes sense. Hanging up with drinks may not good.

A laughable mish-mash of some delusional dream of what a British pub would be like on an alternative universe. The myriad of IRISH referenced items shows how clueless Americans are about Geography and what constitutes Britain. Memorabilia relating to Millwall football club was laughable as it is a London club with renowned hooligan followers. None of the food items were... More

Nice restaurant to come and sit and relax in with a pint of beer after a day on the beach. The food was tasty, well priced and the service was excellent.

Our party enjoyed our visit here, with a decent selection of beer and tasty snacks. BUT when I brought it to our waitresses attention that there was a VERY LARGE shard of glass in my pint she said "oh" and walked away to do nothing. I understand that things happen but this is not how you should react when a... More
