I have not been here as yet, but a friend goes here, so she treated me to the gluten free pizza. The crust stayed soft even when cold. I love cold pizza. I love it hot, but for a snack.... Delicious. I will get another...when I am in the neighborhood it is out of my way by 30 miles. :)More

Limited selection, wraps, burgers, pizza, etc. Prices not too high for the quality of food (good). Seems to be a favorite of the Sheriff dept. and Border Patrol. Hours are posted on the blackboard (hard to see from outside), closed Sundays.

I have never visited this restaurant. Its a local spot off the beaten path. They serve breakfast, lunch. I opted to get the 16in pizza. A simple choice with pepperoni and cheese. It was very tasty and i ate off of it for a few...days. The 2nd time i visited I ordered a philly cheese steak sandwich. It was loaded with fresh bell peppers and onion. I didn't see the cheese on top however it was on the bottom.I almost went back but discovered the cheese. They have smoothies, and shakes. Mostly sandwiches and hamburgers. So far its been goodMore

We out in the middle of the desert somewhere between San Diego and the Mexican border lies a café called Café B. You will not be disappointed if you make the journey. It is rustic and air-conditioning and right next to a train museum with...life-size trains that are well preserved. We tried the cheeseburger and Fry plan… It was terrific! Probably, one of the top five cheeseburgers we have eaten… And we have eaten many! The counter staff was on one of the nicest we have met and they gave us a great review of the local area called Campos. We were actually talking to the owners daughter and she was very sweet. Drop by sometime!More

The breakfast burrito was huge! Eggs, potato, bacon (lots of bacon) wrapped in a tasty flour tortilla made this the best breakfast burrito I've had in a long time. We definitely could have split one, but at the price I was not expecting the total...hugeness of my burrito. Friendly service, good coffee, clean bathrooms. I'd definitely go back. Note that Cafe B is off the main road, and we just kinda fell into finding it (thanks, Google Maps).More

Our group came to visit the Pacific SD Railway Museum and then had lunch at Cafe B. There were only 3 choices of cafes, and this one was the best for sure. Lots of seating, and huge flat screen TVs, and menu was great for...being out in the middle of nowhere. They even had espresso drinks! Great menu including fresh salads!More

We were taking a day trip into the back country of San Diego County, looking at the damage done by the recent fire, when we happened upon this café, out in the middle of almost nowhere, at the perfect time of day, lunchtime. Good parking,...nice place, clean restroom and excellent staff. Then we placed our order for the taco special. I'm from Imperial Valley, California, so I know good Mexican food, and this rivals anything that I have enjoyed in the Valley. Great food, great prices, excellent service and with all of the U.S. Border Patrol as patrons, I felt safer than at any other establishment in the past 8 years. Oh yeah, there is a USBP station about a half mile down the road. More good people, thanks for your service to our country.More

You will feel Way-Out-West when you step into this cafe. There is minimal decor and some walls are sheet metal. But on a hot day, this place is an oasis. The friendly staff make it a popular gathering place for locals. We ordered at the...counter and served ourselves soft drinks. The server brought us our meal. Our hamburgers and fries were good. Our booth seat cushion needed to be nailed down because it was tipsy. Check out the interesting poster in the men’s restroom about early flush toilets.More

Unbelievable value! Been stopping in daily the past week for breakfast. The value coupled with the taste is too good to be true. A full sized crescent with choice of two meats, two eggs and cheese for just under $5.00 is quite the deal. Breakfast...drinks are also an equally good value. The staff has always been friendly, attentive and very willing to accept special requests. When in Campo and the surrounding area, Cafe B is worth the trip.More
