Prativo is the restaurant, Milk Kobo is the bakery. Came for the 1500 yen lunch which serves unlimited vegetables and yogurt drink. The spread is good and the best part is the bottomless yogurt drink which sells for a few hundred yen per bottle at Milk Kobo. If only they had the cheese tarts that they sell at Milk Kobo... More

This place is a hidden secret in the omni present Aussi environment. Totally Japanese, with Hokkaido style dishes in a decent interior environment with large windows from the bottom towards Mt. Yotei! Our Japanese ski guide introduced you to this lovely place for lunch on a sunny day - and it was such a joy and difference from most of... More

Hokkaido has a strange fanaticism to dairy that I found quite amusing. Up until I actually tried their milk, butter and cheese. I'm now a believer. I tried my best to personally pay homage to the cows that produce this quality of dairy (which hands down is the world's best, no exaggeration) but they don't let you actually touch the... More

Great food. We went reluctantly at night thinking it would be vegetarian, and were pleasantly surprised to find the menu had many meat options(!) We had a set menu which was divine, but a crazy amount of food. Recommend choosing a few dishes that sound amazing and dining more than once! Great wines.

This is a buffet style restaurant. You order your main meal, choice of 4 dishes, then sides, desserts and non- alcoholic drinks are all provided at the buffet table. I had the pork, melt in your mouth. The drinking yogurt at the drink station, which comes from the milk kobo, is divine. Service is excellent. The restaurant is clean and... More

When you are seated you are offered a choice of 4 mains. Rainbow trout, pork, eggplant pasta or tuna pasta. We opted for the rainbow trout and pork and to be fair the portions are about 3 mouthfuls. Haha. HOWEVER, there is a well stocked and delicious buffet salad bar. And the desserts....DELICIOUS. They are only open for lunch and... More

I visited with friends on a ski off day for lunch after unexpectedly discovering that our favorite soba restaurant in Annupuri was closed. This was a delightful surprise! Convenient location along the Niseko United bus route (Milk Kobo stop), peaceful view out onto a snowy field, and a wonderful assortment of vegetables served with a tasty main course for a... More

Before going to Niseko Village we visit Prativo for lunch. The restaurant is in the same area with milk kobo that is famous for their milk product like cheese tart, yoghurt, soft icecream, etc. The prativo itself is unique because you can choose one main course with unlimited access to veggies buffet. All the veggies were very fresh (i am... More

You get to choose a main course, which my friend and I each had one, and they were both very delicious! The best part is the fresh apple juice and yogurt, and all the very fresh juicy salad. They said that most of the produce is freshly produced from the last summer, like the tomatoes and potatoes etc. There are... More
