Visited this establishment for the first time and really enjoyed it. It had a very welcoming atmosphere, especially from the bartender Meg. She was super helpful and always served with a smile and a bit of sass on the side. Her music choices are questionable...More

They say you should never text drunk, well maybe you should never write reviews after drinking either 😝😝😝 . I think you may have had too much of our lovely beer when you wrote this, it makes no sense whatsoever 🤣🤣🤣 Please do call in...More

We have been going to this pub on and off for a few years because the food was decent and there was a garden where the kids could play football. Unfortunately, although the staff were great and the food OK, the general atmosphere of the...More

After eating and drinking in my local pub for some twenty five years I am sorry to say how it has deteriorated over the last few months with young adults swearing to extremes and talking drugs inside and outside the pub it now is not...More

After investigating this review I can catagorically deny anyone taking drugs inside the pub, I have no control of what happens off the premises. I have checked all our CCTV there is no evidence of this. You are more than welcome to call in to...More

The focus here is on eating. I just wanted a drink. The choice of real ales was very limited (2) and both tasted stale and flat. They were well known brews but not properly kept and/or with insufficient turnover. Very disappointing

My husband and myself have just enjoyed a well cooked Sunday roast, gravy is served in a separate jug, veg cooked to perfection. The three waitresses are very attentive the cost 2 courses is less than ten pounds we look forward to our next visit.

Two courses each for me and my wife. Quick, helpful service and wholesome, tasty pub food, that doesn''t charge stupid restaurant prices. Been 5 times this year. Always good value.
