Returned again. Everything is fresh. Big parking lot. Lobster & crab specials are excellent as is the chowder. Benches are hard to sit on.

It's kind of weird to eat lobster, crab and chips on a picnic bench but this place makes it work. Adds to a friendly atmosphere. Great chowders and simple seafood dishes. Unique, popular place.

I normally don't like waiting in too long of lines, but this was well worth it! The lobster was incredibly fresh. I got the naked lobster roll that was basically lobster on a bun! The lobster corn chowder was surprisingly good in that the stock they used tasted of lobster and had many large bits of lobster. Definitely worth it!... More

So glad you decided to stop by! I'm sorry there was a bit of a wait -- we can get pretty busy. As for the cost, we set our prices to match the quality of ingredients that we serve. Sounds like you enjoyed your chowder, so we can't wait for you to stop by again sometime. Best, Danny Rosa, Manager More

Even though I don't eat fish, they do have meals that aren't based around seafood that is awesome as well. However, the fish/ lobster is where it's at - and my family loved all of their meals, commenting how fresh and vibrant the seafood tasted throughout. A must. Then buy some seafood to take home at the store!

Stayed down the street at the Hampton. This was a nice little surprise for dinner. Got there a little after 5 and there was a small line. By the time we ordered and sat down the line was out the door. Needless to say it is a popular place. My wife and I each had a cup of the lobster... More

Have you ever wondered if lobster tacos exist? Yes they do. They are delicious. This place is a must visit for seafood enthusiasts. It's really close by SFO. You can get a quick crustacean fix before or after SFO. The place can get crowded due to its popularity. Here's a lobster taco picture.

If you want lobster, and then more lobster, come here. It is expensive, so be prepared. But the food is fresh, prepared as you wait, and delicious. It doesn't have any pretension, but that includes very low level of amenities. Picnic tables, limited selections, sometimes long wait. But the lobster dishes are fantastic and worth the wait and expense if... More

I specifically stayed at the Westin while overnighting for a flight at SFO so I could easily stroll to this eatery. It's one of my favorite places for lobster and oysters in the US. The reviews say it all. It's well worth a visit even if you aren't overnighting for a flight!

You walk into his restaurant and immediately know that it is a well managed business. Not fancy, but good food served on picnic tables, similar to Durgin Park in Boston but without the waitresses. Here you order what you want at a central counter, take a number in a metal holder, and the food is delivered to the table you... More

New England Lobster Market & Eatery is an authentic east coast seafood experience in the San Francisco area. We started in the wholesale business delivering quality seafood at a great value and took that experience to serve customers at our restaurant. Whether you're shopping at the market or grabbing a meal at the eatery, when you visit you'll discover live Maine lobsters, Dungeness crabs, mussels and more. Diners at our restaurant love the dressed lobster rolls, lobster corn chowder and crab nachos. We welcome families and can accommodate business group and parties in our space. We also serve beer, wine and champagne to complement your meal. As long-time merchants in the wholesale shellfish business, we are able to consistently delight our customers with great prices and superb products. We promise you won't find an experience like ours anywhere else in the Bay Area! Eatery Hours: 11am-9pm daily
