My first meal at Rocca many years ago was a disappointment and I didn't return. But I tried it again at a friend's recommendation, and the food was outstanding. The minestrone was the best I have had in years, and I would return for that...alone. The crab cake appetizer could not have been better, and the chocolate mouse was light and not too sweet. I'll definitely be back.More

Old Burlingame is more interesting than stand alone restaurants on the larger traffic streets. Exceptional attention to service, and food was very good, but not the best Italian food ever. Al;l in all, a great choice if you are in the area or staying at...an SFO hotel, as we were.More

On my way to the airport, needed to get dinner and kill some time. I lucked into Rocca and could not be happier. Service, atmosphere, and especially the food, exceeded all expectations. This is going to be a planned stop on all SFO runs and...will even be an intentional reason for going to Burlingame. Looking forward to my next visit.More

A group of five of us all loved our meals. The homemade lasagna was AMAZING. Eggplant starter was awesome too. Our waitress was very friendly and efficient. The tirimisu sent us out the door on cloud 9.

Very good atmosphere, service and food. One of the better Italian restaurants you will find. My Chicken Piccata was amazing ($24.95). Also had a very good Caesar Salad ($10.95). The Chocolate Mousse desert was excellent.

What an amazing surprise. Located in the “old” downtown area in Burlingame, this restaurant appears small in the front but immediately opens up in a big “El Padrino” type of ambiance. The place was almost packed and I understand why. The service was perfect and...the food beyond expectations. I was craving for a risotto, but a little hesitant because it’s usually too heavy for a late dinner. It has to be very well prepared to avoid that heavy feeling. At the end I decided to order the mushroom risotto and my husband got the seafood pasta with white wine sauce... and wow!!! the food was 5 stars for sure. I’m definitely making Rocca one of my fav places. You might feel that the place needs some remodeling, but for me this place took me back to those Sundays where I went with my family to a nice restaurant after church. Perfection.More

Nice place. The atmosphere is really enjoyable. Very typical Italian restaurant. Food was tasty. The caprese salad was a bit off this time. Basil was dry and not fresh. The balsamic vinaigrette was delicious. The pasta was really good. Service was cordial and attentive. Great...spot for a bite on Broadway.More

I was there as a tourist and not likely to revisit anytime soon. I would suggest calling the restaurant directly. Since I don't have those issues, I can't answer.
