Yes, it's very simple and few inside tables (lots outside) but the food is sensational. Ate there twice and love it.

The basics here - all definitely tasty. We came on a rainy night about 30 minutes before closing. Service was very good. My taco salad was good, alongwith my companion's burrito. Filled our tummies on a cold, rainy evening.

We like this place, with its outdoor patio by the fountain (when it's running). Honest quality Mexican food, good portions, helpful staff. We have been here several times on each of our visits.

I've been around Borrego for the last 15 years and have tried Pablito's several times and always concluded that the food was just average or below average and the service was poor. So, yesterday, a friend (who also lives in Borrego but had never been to Pablitos) joined me for lunch there and we sat in their patio (a cage... More

We were there on a weeknight so the restaurant was fairly empty, but the food was tasty and very reasonably priced and the service was very good.

OK Mexican food with young waiters. Cheaper eats than Carmelitas, but food not quite as good. Still worth the visit.

We travel to Borrego annually for the past 10 years. Pablito's used to have great food and service. For the past 2 years now it seemed to be slowly going down hill. This year it fell off the cliff. The staff were rude, the service was terrible and the food was blah! We were there on a Saturday night at... More

Very popular place (as evidenced by our having to wait for a table) in Berrego Springs, CA. The service and the food were good. Seems to be a popular stop for the motorcyclists who take the scenic ride from San Diego. I would come back to Pablitos.

The food was plentiful and we especially like sitting outside to dine. The service was good. A good price point for everything.
