About
Drakes Sonoma Coast celebrates the local bounty of Sonoma's spectacular coastal region. Executive Chef Lloyd Norton excels in finding local, sustainably sourced ingredients, to prepare a menu that delights the senses. A large stone fireplace imbues a warm, casual ambiance, offset by panoramic views of Bodega Bay and the Pacific Ocean. Savor wines from the most exciting boutique vineyards in the Sonoma County, local craft beers and signature cocktails expertly mixed with a twist. Drakes is located at the Bodega Bay Lodge but is not exclusive to hotel guests. Open to the public for breakfast and dinner, Drakes is the perfect place to start or finish your day.

We celebrated our 40th anniversary with the folks at Drake’s. I would call ahead for a reservation, we liked the booth arrangement. Nice view and not near the glare and sun near the window seats. We had their soup special, beet salad and they split...More

My wife ordered the James Beard French toast with a side of perfectly cooked bacon, I had a terrific crab meat omelette ( it was tough to decide between the omelette and the crab cake eggs Benedict), and we shared. Everything was wonderful. This is...More

We came here with friends (local residents) for breakfast. Wife ordered the crab cake Benedict (local crab), I ordered bacon and eggs (no potatoes - sub fruit). The fruit substitute was very generous (obviously done in house - not out of a package). The Benedict...More

Not worth the price. Very expensive for the amount of food you get. Wait staff was very inexperienced and was diner level not what I expected for this restaurant. Food wasn't bad, but there isn't much to the entrees. Views are nice if you get...More

We only st as yes in the hotel a few days but had a good meal at Drakes. Both of us ordered a sandwich. It was delivered quickly and the water glasses filled when nearly empty without having to prompt the staff.
