Loved this place, had a great dinner as well as a complimentary breakfast from the Inn at the Tides. Great shops to look at after the meal. Warm, friendly staff and a big variety to pick from.

We stopped in for a quick bite and the view after hiking around Bodega Bay. Great view of the local harbor. Yes it was a seafood restaurant and we had their vegetable crepe.

We often stop here when we are exploring the coast and whale watching. The restaurant has very fresh fish. We have watched the fishing boats unload their ketch next door. It is a large room with huge windows looking out to the bay. Their fish and chips are good as is their calamari. This last time I tried the openface... More

Ordered chowder soup, and its was good, also had halibut that was just perfect. But when we were seated, it got really weird when they were figuring out in front of us where to seat us (not very professional). Server was good & on time, but did miss small details. Yes, I would come back.

Look behind the ovens, fryers, broilers, etc.... You will find fish parts, shellfish, clams, etc that haven't been removed or cleaned for weeks..... Do not eat there unless you don't care about "Fresh Seafood:.....

As part of our lodging at the inn at the tides, we were given a certificate for a 'complimentary' breakfast. There is a set menu list of items for this with no substitutions. My ham and cheese omelet was huge, with 2 pieces of toast and a hash brown potato mixture that included red onions and peppers.

I have eaten here several times over the years. As you might expect, The Tides offers great local seafood and wine. From your table, you will be able to see wonderful views of Bodega Bay. If you love the movie "The Birds", you love this place too.

I had breakfast there and drinks before dinner. The views over the bay are great. Get there at sunrise and sunset. In the morning, you might see and hear the sea lions at the fishing pier next door.

We are staying at The Inn at the Tides, across the highway from The Tides Wharf, which are owned by the same company. The above promotion includes a complementary breakfast and dinner for each day of your stay. We were required to order from an abbreviated menu rather than the full menu for both breakfast and dinner. About breakfast: The... More
