We recently had dinner here with another couple. The menu is extensive and reasonably priced. Once we were seated, it took a long time to get water and service for a round of drinks. The restaurant does not seem to have many people to help the wait staff. Once we did get service and have our meals served, the food... More

A great diner restaurant right on the water. They also have breakfast and lunch but we ate diner here. The food was excellent. I had the fettuccine with all kinds of seafood in it. My husband had the sole fish diner. It was also delicious. The clam chowder was really good too. I would recommend eating here.

Lunch with wife. The best calamari steak I have had...ever. Salted in light batter with lemon butter sauce. Wife had local king salmon . Service was attentive and well prepared to explain menu.

We had lunch at the Tides Wharf today. The clam strips and fish and chips were on the dry side, the fries on the soggy side. The club sandwich and burger were okay. Good clam chowder though. Although TripAdvisor gives this restaurant two $ signs for the prices, we found it a bit pricey. The fish and chips were over... More

We celebrated our 35th anniversary by coming to dinner here. Good food with large picture windows overlooking beautiful Bodega Bay which was very romantic. We had a fish dinner (Halibut). When we arrived there were no tables by the window available but I mentioned it was our 35th anniversary and we would prefer a table by the window. The host... More

The restaurant prices were high, so we went to the snack bar for lunch on the way through town. I had fried calamari with french fries. My husband had a chili hotdog with fries. The breading on my calamari was saturated with oil. The chili hotdog was undercooked and a sloppy mess. The french fries were ok. Unless you travel... More

The staff was friendly and the view lovely. Food was not so great. My eggs and bacon were cold. The toast was cold. The coffee was watery( I don't use cream and sugar either)

My husband had eaten at this restaurant about 20 years prior to this trip and recalled it being good. He said much about it has changed but thought the food was still very good. My meal was mediocre, at best. It was hard and overcooked, certainly not worthy of the price. What is nice about this place is the view.... More

Okay so it could be that it is California, but it seemed pretty pricey for the food that was delivered. It was as if the place went to the Birds!

Go somewhere else. Overpriced for quality of food. Calamari rubbery and chowder too salty. Special of day salad missing 2 of highlighted ingredients. Too much dressing lettuce was drowning.
