We really enjoyed the fish and chips and would come back and get that again. We also tried the grilled oysters with chorizo but the oysters themselves didn’t taste good.

We drove close to 2 hours to get here before Noon to celebrate my birthday. We were welcome immediately as we entered the clean and spacious store, restaurant, and indoor dining area. White board specials and menus were above wall black boards, or the takeout...menus were easy to read to order. Loaded clam chowder, chunchy fried fish & chips, fanastic light battered/fried perfect calamari w/cold slaw, and generous Dungeness crab meat sandwich were awesome fresh and delicious. I got a cup of Fiorello's "Tony Spumoni" gelato which hit the spot. We couldn't ask for better weather and I immensely enjoyed our experience here for my birthday.More
Based on research on this site I found my way to Fisherman's Cove, and was I ever glad I did. It was a little more casual than I expected --OK with me. We tried the Halibut fish and chips--awesome--and the pulled pork sandwich--amazing. Service was...fast and food was way above my expectations. Nice people, fast service, and fishing tackle--what else could one want?More
Great fish and chips and tasty oysters, good service and not too crowded. We ordered to go and they included plenty of tartar sauce and lemon. The gelatos to go were also very good
This place was the best seafood we had along our CA PCH trip. The crab sandwich is a MUST. Fish tacos were also good. Plenty of outdoor dining. Food was fresh and fast too. The parking situation isn't great but the walk there is scenic...by the docks.More
Recommended this place by a friend and did not disappoint, Great views right on the coast , food simple but superb oyster Po boy lovely and the oysters so fresh and tasty , i will defiantly return to try more of the menu which had...loads of good choices tooMore
Fortunately we stopped in for an early dinner, as they close at 6 pm on weekends. Also, with the fresh fish - they may run out of certain items. The halibut fish and chips - amazing! the oysters..yes another dozen please. The staff was friendly...and helpful- Highly recommend-More
A fish shack with great fish and chips. No frills, eat outside, absorb the atmosphere of the bay. Looked clean and neat. A perfect spot for a quick bite. The fish was fresh, mild, crunchy and delicious. Tartar sauce was very good. Orders were filled...to perfection complete with tartar sauce, ketchup, utensils and good napkins, without having to go back and ask for anything. We ate there twice on our stay at Bodega Bay. Will eat there on our next trip and recommend to friends.More
We had the most delicious seafood lunch during our quick trip through Bodega Bay. Even though the line was long, it moved fairly quickly, and the food was worth the wait! We had the clam chowder, local halibut fish tacos, and grilled oysters. All of...it was to die for!!!More
We had lunch here while staying Bodega Bay. The salad was fresh and a large portion. We had the BBQ oysters with butter and garlic. The oysters were large and well prepared. I would have liked a little more garlic on them while they were...on the grill. We had a dozen and a 1/2 dozen order. Not cheap but delicious. The clam chowder was also nice and hearty. This is an informal local place; Order at the window and eat out side. Limited tables but can share space.More
The crab sandwich here is a contender for the best tasting food I've ever eaten. There's magic in their preparation of soft, buttery ciabatta and creamy aioli that elevates crab from a labor-intensive food I usually avoid, to the thing I look forward to most...about visiting Bodega Bay. If there's any room leftover in your stomach, the BBQ oysters and fish & chips here are also tops. The parking lot is cramped; try to beat the lunch rush or go in the early evening.More
Only open for take out but they are great!!! Had to wait for about 20 min but worth the wait. Haven't been here for a few years and our return was perfect. Oysters with chorizo butter and with garlic butter are our favorites. 3 of...us shared a dozen of each with some clam chowder. Always stop when we are up the coast.More
Amazing, fresh seafood. Everything was delicious, esp the grilled oysters, fish n' chips, grilled shrimp...everything!
My husband and I each had the Portuguese fish soup, which had generous amounts of prawns, crab, and rockfish, along with carrots, potatoes, and a delicious cioppino like broth. Could have just had that and been thrilled! We also got fish tacos, the spring salad,...and halibut and chips. All were delicious! We ordered online and picked up, to avoid the long lines. I may get more of that soup tomorrow—it was that good!More
We read the reviews and decided to go here for dinner. One of the specials was a fresh caught crispy skin Pacific salmon that we found was cooked to perfection with a duo of sauces that were spectacular. The chowder was excellent as was the...fried calamari rings that had a vinegar based sauce that was excellent. The mud pie was a great finish to the meal.More
