The chimichangas are excellent. They come with different meat fillings, but I love the shredded beef. They come with a salad, fresh coarsely chopped veggies similar to salsa, but without the seasonings. The chimichanga is covered with guacamole and sour cream. Good stuff that is complimented by a beer.

There is not much in Blythe that would be described as fancy. So no, this place is not fancy. The formica tables, the violent shooter video game near the front door, and the cash only policy might be off putting. But if you can look past that, what is here is good Sonoran style Mexican food. It was a reasonable... More

Stopped on my way home from LA. The food was good the service OK and the prices very reasonable. Not a fancy place though.

I can always tell a good "local" restaurant by how many locals eat there. Parking can be a little tough sometimes, but plenty of room inside. Nice menu board. Best Shrimp Burrito ever. Big and tasty Breakfast burritos as well.

This is one of the best Mexican Food Restaurants in the Blythe area. Always consistently good. They are now serving beer with your favorite food.

Excellent mexican food and great service. Priced inexpensively. Nice atmosphere. Use throw away dishes and utensils which I hate, but the food is fabulous. Cash only!!

My husband and I continue our driving trip cross country; we have now headed east. We looked at available lunch restaurants in Blythe and this one had a good rating; so this was our choice. My husband had the La Paloma Burrito special and I had the shrimp taco. He said his was the best burrito he'd had in a... More

First, this place takes cash only. Second, it's pretty run down inside and has very limited seating. I wouldn't call it a cafe or restaurant, but rather a place you order your food to go. My family stopped here for a quick lunch while on a road trip, but decided to eat elsewhere because it looked like a real unclean... More

Traveling from Phoenix to Palm Springs one morning, I needed to gas up the car and grab some grub to go. Decided to stop in Blyth and glad I did. After fueling the car, I began searching for a place to eat. It didn't take long, spotted a few cars parked in front of La Paloma Cafe and knew instantly... More

Busy bustling place. My husbands favorite Mexican food restaurant. We've eaten there quite often. Help is friendly. It is pretty noisy.
