We were on our way to Lake Tahoe and made a stop here for lunch. The warm pastrami sandwich was delicious. They also serve sandwiches made with roasted turkey cooked on site. I will try it on our return trip.

On the way to Mammoth this is our favorite stop. Great homemade sandwiches made to order, super generous sizes. Delicious bakery, amazing pastries, breads, pull apart loafs, cookies, chocolates, ice cream, all fresh and tasty. It’s a don’t miss lunch stop in Bishop.

Hello there. I’m pretty positive that it’s a crunchy crust bread with a softer center. I heard it’s a lighter and ever so lightly sweeter.. I didn’t order it, but I over heard people talking about it. Hope that helps
