My husband took me to this restaurant for my birthday dinner. We were spending the weekend in Big Bear and we were looking for a good steak. We found this place by accident and got a reservation in for the evening. The Parking lot is huge, so there is plenty of parking. The lot is dirt and is covered in... More

DO NOT EAT HERE. The ONLY thing good about this was where my table was. The salad bar was sad and I ordered SEABASS which is usually delicious everywhere. It was served on top of some soupy pesto stuff that only made the fish soggy. Plus the combo was horrible, I dont know what the chef was thinking. Go ANYWHERE... More

I wonder how many people remember the actor Andy Devine? This restaurant was owned by Andy Devine...the bar was named in remembrance of him. If you're into ghosts, this place is supposedly haunted! We just had Happy Hour there but it was delicious. We both had the French dip sandwich with fries for $6.00...a bargain for the amount of food.

Everything else -- clam chowder, bread, baked potato, & salad bar -- was mediocre except the wonderful waitstaff and the tartar sauce.

This place was recommended by the staff at our motel. We got there around 6pm. They asked if we had reservations, we did not. It was not crowded, they found a table for us. The prices were $$$ the gal took our drink order and eventually came back with a bread basket. The salad was a "salad bar", wow, everything... More

The staff were nice. The steak we ordered came back way way to done, we had to wait for quite a long time for a second one. Did we get anything for our extra time and hassle, nope. Long story short there are way better steak places for your money.

This is a great place for steak done in the old steakhouse way. The fresh salad and soup bar was very good and our steaks were done to perfection and extremely flavorful.

Husband and I went there for dinner. The service wasn't so great, the food wasn't so good and it was overpriced. The lighting was so dim we had trouble seeing our food. It was loud and they seated us right next to the door, which didn't make for a good dining experience.
