We ate there on a Saturday night. We FORTUNATELY got in just ahead of the crowd. As soon as we ordered, and sat down.. there was a HUGE LINE - out the door..so I think the place is popular. We ordered pizza, onion rings and mozzerella sticks, beer and soda. The pizza was DELICIOUS, as were the rings and sticks.... More

This is a nice neighborhood pizza and pasta place. This is a good place for families. The salad we purchased (antipasta) was a medium listed for 2-3. My wife barely eats anything and she finished it. Maybe if your sharing the salad before a main course it works for two.

Stopped for lunch. They open at 11 AM. The menu selection is very large and the portions are VERY large. They also have a good selection of other sandwiches if you don't want Italian or pizza. Veggie items abound the menu also. Service is fast and friendly. Large pour for wine with an adequate selection. Prices are good being a... More

I took my boys to Big Bear mid week for a quick snowboarding trip. I was looking for a pizza place to feed my boys as I thought it would be an inexpensive meal out. The hotel recommended Maggio's. Maggio's is in a strip mall. The ambience isn't anything to rave about but the service and food was good. You... More

Good stop for lunch. Between grocery store and laundry. Good Italian menu. Spaghetti and egg plant, terrific pastrami sub sandwich, good salads, garlic bread. Casual dining. Good for families. Ask Erin for the specials.

The pizza was "pretty good" according to my son. But the crust of our calzones resembled a crepe. Kind of eggy and way too thin. Bizarre!

Awesome semi self service. Order at the counter, fill your own drinks (unlimited refills!) but generally they bring the good to you and clear your table as you finish. Great sandwiches and salads. Solid pizza. I'd stay simple on the pizza. Specialties get a little overwrought. I eat here about once a week. A go-to lunch destination in Big Bear!
