Don't do it. Don't get shucked in with promises of crêpes and Gelato on the sign, it's a huge waste of time and money. The Gelato was frozen solid- took the kids forever to scoop it! Not how Gelato is supposed to be- should be able to scoop easily with a spoon, this was as hard as a rock. Although... More

We would walk from the lodge to get our morning coffee. They had a huge variety of teas and the coffee was made to order!

Love this place! Loved it so much that we went two days of our five-day trip. The paninis are fresh and there are so many choices. We were a little confused as their menu boards don't even show the panini selection; so, grab the sandwich pad near the register and fill it out. We had a smoothie, coffee, soda, Kettle... More

Food here is good. Coffee is ok. I've had several food items that I enjoyed but the espresso is just meh. I'll probably just come for the food next year.

The Exchange is conveniently located on the western entrance of the Village and within walking distance of all that downtown has to offer. I enjoyed an Americano and a crepe - they were great. The baristas were friendly and patient with our young child who made a mess of some of the tea samples. A great place we would certainly... More

We stopped here as there really isn't much choice along here but we were happy with our choice. My rooibos tea was steeped (they use timers) just right and the coffees were good too. They have a range of biscuits (bought in) that offer different choices for gluten free, vegan eaters etc. Not so keen on the barking dog sitting... More

I was surprised to see the variety of teas this place has! Their loose leaf teas are already pre-packaged, but you can sniff their samples in tiny jars. As tea-lovers, we enjoyed this place and even bought a few to take home with us.

Me and my children were really hungry so we entered to a cafe. I love paninis and retro-cafes and that seemed like it. The service is good i can't deny it, but don't let the make-your-own-sandwich fool you. They get it all wrong and mix it up. Emma's sandwich mixed with mine but we ate it and the ingredients taste... My husband and I were spending a weekend in Big Bear and came here to read and relax one afternoon. What a perfect little place- TONS of different teas and the greatest chai latte I've ever had. I asked if they could perhaps add some pumpkin to it (as it was in season), and holy crap- they put REAL pumpkin... More

We went here to kill some time on our arrival in Big Bear Lake and fell in love with the experience. It was so enjoyable that we had to return the next day. We tried their coffee (very good), their tea (quite good) and their gelato which was excellent. The customers on both days seemed to be very happy to... More
