Epic sandwiches and great fries. We liked it so much we returned the next day with more friends. Loved the sunken treasure sandwhich.

Good family home style restaurant. Huge sandwiches on choice of bread/rolls. Homemade soups. Berry crunch salad is phenomenol! Various lettuces with strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries. Candied pecans, feta sprinkles, and raspberry vinagarette.

I went for lunch & ordered the half roast beef sandwich French fries combo. About $10 and was more than enough food. Sandwich & fries really tasty. I would highly recommend this restaurant. Casual eat in or take out.

Great take out breakfast, freshly made and large portions. Just like I cook at home. Friendly local place, very reasonable prices

We were the first ones to arrive for Sunday breakfast, they had plenty of time to make a nice meal but failed. I make better eggs at home and we are pretty sure the french toast was previously frozen. Denny's is a better use of your money.

From the salmon sandwich to a tuna salad, breakfast food and more Mountain Munchies has a lot to offer. Tucked away in a shopping center it doesn't get as busy as other places in town but it's bigger inside than you'd expect. They have big meals like pot roast as well as hot and cold sandwiches etc. I'm a fan... More

This place was recommended to us by a nice young employee at the resort where we were staying. We decided to walk over and give it a try. We were seated by a very friendly server and asked for recommendations. We ordered the recommended sandwich and when it was served we were very happy we had decided to split it... More

I stopped in for a late breakfast with my girlfriend on our way out of Big Bear and we were blown away. Tony greeted us as we entered the diner, and provided excellent service for the rest of our experience. Tony was polite, warm, and sincere. Our glasses were never empty, and he anticipated our every need. The breakfast was... More

It really pays sometimes to travel just a bit out of the beaten path. Mountain Munchies is a bit out of the village of Big Bear Lake, in the same strip mall as Stater Brothers, but the short trip out of the village is well rewarded. We own a cabin in Big Bear and come up often. Our first breakfast... More
