We have been coming here for years. It's a must-stop when we visit Big Bear. Their Goldminer sandwich is our all time favorite.

After driving around Big Bear Lake and Sugar Loaf viewing the new homes, lunch was a must. The menu offered a nice selection and it was Mom's 3rd visit. We split a tuna melt, which was kindling separately plated in the kitchen. Staff was very friendly and the restaurant seemed to do a brisk business at lunch.

The menu is simple and has great breakfast and lunch items for super cheap! We were definitely surprised at the quality of food for the price at a tourist spot in Big Bear. We all got half sandwiches and fries and it was way more than we expected. My daughter got the chicken noodle soup and ended up asking for... More

We love this restaurant. We are locals and think it's the best kept secret in Big Bear. Great breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Awesome service as well!

Epic sandwiches and great fries. We liked it so much we returned the next day with more friends. Loved the sunken treasure sandwhich.

Good family home style restaurant. Huge sandwiches on choice of bread/rolls. Homemade soups. Berry crunch salad is phenomenol! Various lettuces with strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries. Candied pecans, feta sprinkles, and raspberry vinagarette.

I went for lunch & ordered the half roast beef sandwich French fries combo. About $10 and was more than enough food. Sandwich & fries really tasty. I would highly recommend this restaurant. Casual eat in or take out.

We were the first ones to arrive for Sunday breakfast, they had plenty of time to make a nice meal but failed. I make better eggs at home and we are pretty sure the french toast was previously frozen. Denny's is a better use of your money.

From the salmon sandwich to a tuna salad, breakfast food and more Mountain Munchies has a lot to offer. Tucked away in a shopping center it doesn't get as busy as other places in town but it's bigger inside than you'd expect. They have big meals like pot roast as well as hot and cold sandwiches etc. I'm a fan... More
