This is now the 3rd time I have been here. They always seem to be understaffed for the amount of business. First, the foods I have ordered, pastries, homemade marshmallows and coffees are all wonderful. The cashier had to ask me after each item I ordered if that's what I wanted. Ordered a quiche, went to the pick up counter,... More

I love coming to Copper Q when I visit Big Bear. This visit was the same, however the cupcake I bought was very dry. The coffee is great. The gift shop just as good, however the last few visits the pastries have been dry. I will continue to return just not for the sweets.

Adorable little coffee shop that serves delicious pastries, breakfast items, pies & smooth coffee. Our 1st visit was for breakfast and was frustrating and good. We were gearing up for a 7 mile hike and the husband wanted something filling beforehand. We got there when they opened, but they were out of oatmeal and out of the sausage quiche. He... More

Small place near the lake. Desserts & pastries all look home made and super fresh. the quiche was outstanding. Coffee and cappuccino were just OK - needed more flavor

If you want to avoid the rigor of breakfast in a "restaurant", this is the place. I had a great bagel with smoked salmon, which was served up quickly. Located in the middle of the village shops, offering a wide range of quick breakfast and gourmet lunch sandwiches and other dishes.

I love my coffee and this is where I go every day when I'm in Big Bear. Cool place to hang out outside or to cool down inside in the A/C. (We always go to BB in the summer). It's good for the kids because it's not a stuffy coffee house. The pastries are fresh and there is a good... More

Good coffee and tea but the pastries are the real reason you go here. Fresh, handmade, and delicious! Need I say More?

The place sells kitchen gadgets and has cooking lessons too apparently which looked interesting but we were just in for coffee. Seating in and around the place was nice but the best part was the coffee. Both my wife and I remarked that we couldn't remember the last time we'd had as good.

We are early risers and stopped here one morning around 7. The breakfast sandwich was amazing. They are super friendly and it's a cool store as well. I noticed they did cooking classes as well.

After reading good reviews of this place, my hubby and I decided to come here for breakfast. There was only one cashier. The line was long! We waited 20 minutes to put in our order. When we ordered, I learned that they had ran out of tuna and oatmeal. It was only 8:30 am! We ordered the bagels with cream... More
