Went here for lunch. There lunch specials are the right side for lunch and the best part is all the little sides you get. It came with a small salad and two other small sides and naan. We liked the lamb marsala the best out of our two dishes.

Excellent quality/price ratio, food was flavorful and authentic, service was courteous and the bathroom was clean and well-appointed. Wide selection of items on the menu. Food came promptly and was delicious.

First night wandering around the Village and found Himalayan. Great variety of Indian, Tandoori and similar cuisines. Wonderful service and very nice bright atmosphere. Food was great. Full bar.

We chose to eat at the Himalayan for lunch 2 different days. Our food on both days was well prepared and well seasoned. The portions were well sized with plenty of food, but not too much. Daal (lentil soup), mixed vegetables, salad and naan were accompaniments for both meals. On the first visit, I had palak (Punjabi for spinach) paneer... More

Stopped in for the lunch menu in this resort town. After a disappointing meal at another restaurant around the corner I was expecting more of the same. It's a double wide store front in "The Village" section of Big Bear Lake with entrances from both the front and rear of the restaurant; table clothes under glass and a small sundries... More

My fried and I went to the Himalayan Restaurant in the Village at Big Bear for lunch. The staff was ok with us splitting a meal as they tend to be large and we weren't very hungry. Only complaint - TOO spicy!

Only been here twice before & as I gain confidence I'm loving it more. People are nice & try to be helpful, they seem a little shy. But for myself & wife we are loving it.

Me and my husband have walked by this place for years and never stopped in. But I am so glad we finally did. The staff is so friendly and accommodating that you will feel right at home instantly. This type of food is easy to love and there really is something for everyone. I got a vegetarian dish that was... More

The food was just amazing. We ordered the mixed grilled and vegetables which was plenty of food for two. Music was very authentic. Waiters could maybe consider not wearing s baseball cape while serving food
