We wanted to try a new restaurant in Melbourne and heard good things about PSB. It looks very unassuming from the outside. Inside it's small but very neat and clean. The service was great and the food was exceptional for a small restaurant. My husband had fish and chips, which he said was delicious fried haddock. I had fried shrimp... More

First, the staff were all wonderful and accomodating. I want to make sure that is clear. We have never before sent food back to the kitchen, in 30+ years of dining out. The chicken in the chicken parmigiano was not completely cooked, and had an odd taste and texture. My chicken francaise was properly cooked, but it did not taste or... More

As a local, have drive by this restaurant for years going from Pinenda Causeway to Melbourne, down US1. It catches your eye and they have the large sign with Prime Rib Special that catches the eye. It's one of those places you think, "I need to stop by there some day." Well, this week I did for lunch. Was driving... More

Second visit and again my palate and stomach are more than satisfied. This Bistro will definitely be in regular rotation for breakfast. I'm hoping to try out lunch and dinner too! Classic eggs Benedict was amazing!

Have eaten here a few times...breakfast is usually good. Had lunch there today and my chicken sandwich wasn't cooked. I was offered dessert. I was also expected to pay full price for a sandwich I couldn't eat had I wanted to. Pretty much done with this place.

Great view of river from any place in restaurant. Fantastic breakfast variety, everything from crab benedicts to apple crisp waffles to lox with capers plates. Prices are a little on the high side, but well worth it.

Went for dinner after a long day of rain! Got there, we both ordered a beer, we got the last of each kind we ordered. And sat and looked at the menu and tried to keep warm! It was freezing in there, as stated by many of the patrons. When asked if they could turn up the heat, the waitress... More

Took my wife here for first visit. Had great lunch. Crab cake sandwich was the best. Large crab cake with fresh bun and sauce on side. Had coke slaw on side which was fantastic. Wife had philly steak sandwich and fries. Steak was grilled just right with good grilled flavor. Fries were hand cut and seasoning was delicious. Total bill... More

With Valentine's Day fast approaching, I decided to beat the crowds, so on Saturday, I decided to take my "Best Friend" and soon to be wife to Palm Shores Bistro. Too my surprise and delight, they owners had upgraded and remodeled the interior to all high end leather booths, red wood tables and very lovely décor. They had a wonderful... More
