Beware most positive reviews are of breakfast! This place does NOT do dinner well. The menu is all over the place. They offer steak, pasta, fusion dishes AND pizza. Another venue that offers everything and is an expert in nothing. Our pasta dish was without exaggeration three fork fulls - officially the smallest pasta serving of my life. The homemade... More

This is a bit of mid-century history in BH. Modern in a 60's sort of Mad Men way. The food and service are super and Sunday brunch is fun place and great value.

We were very pleased with the food and service at Circa 51. We had 1 dinner and a breakfast there and enjoyed all. The breakfast was quite expensive but it did have more than the normal fare, more like an Asian breakfast with a lot of healthy alternatives.

My husband & I had complimentary bkfst (continental) at The Beverly Hilton Circa 55 & it was amazing. One can upgrade by paying $10 for hot & it was worth it. Being gluten free & a vegetarian since I have dietary needs The Beverly Hilton was very accommodating w/my needs esp recommending restaurants in the area. One was Bedford &... More

We did not order much, a Caesar salad and a smoked tomato soup, both were below average in taste and size. I would have been okay with the Caesar salad if it was priced appropriately at $6 and it $17. The soup was too salty and again overpriced. The beer also was overpriced. The service was good, the atmosphere pleasant... More

Pricey for what it is, but it's a name brand hotel in Beverly Hills so you expect to pay more. Everything we had was good and the service was average. Worth a try if you haven't been here.

Was staying at the Beverly Hilton and was tired after a long day of travel so I stayed close and Circa 55 was very convenient. It is a pleasant hotel restaurant with a comfortable atmosphere and prompt and efficient service. The menu was quite standard and everything we tried was good. No stand outs and nothing special. I did like... More

We stayed 5 nights at the hotel and did not look any further than to have dinner in this restaurant. Very pleasant seating, effective friendly staff, good food served and good value for money. There is a good chef at work here. Nothing fancy but just good ingredients and very well prepared. A honest cuisine. Good winelist.

I was staying at the Beverly Hilton and wanted to give this place a try one night I was staying there. My lamb was overcooked but the flavor was still delicious so I guess that's ok. All in all, the service was good and I sat on the patio which was nice. I would probably eat here again and sitting... More

The dining was great, and Trader's by the pool has all of my old favorites. Especially the coconut fried prawns...and don't forget the snowballs .

Staying in Beverly Hills

Neighborhood Profile
Beverly Hills
Beverly Hills began as a modest village years ago and today you can still feel its small town origins, even though it has become a major tourist attraction and business center for the entertainment industry. This town lives up to its reputation as an area full of designer retail stores and residential streets lined with mansions and palm trees. Inside the commercial center of Beverly Hills, along Rodeo Drive, droves of tourists peak into ultra-luxurious boutiques hoping to catch a glimpse of someone famous. Off of Rodeo Drive however is where some of the most affluent Angelenos occupying the streets of Beverly Hills come for leisurely meals, power lunches and beauty treatments.
