E Baldi continues to serve authentic and outstanding Italian cuisine from its old out post on North Canyon Drive. On a recent trip with my two year old grandson, they could not have accommodating (not, fortunately, could he). The staff made a great fuss, and brought great food. Varied and unusual wine list. W inner!

Simply excellent Italian cuisine. The fish is some of the best in Los Angeles, the pastas are outstanding and every meal is very good. The room itself is small and crowded and the service is good but not great, but based upon the consistency and quality of the food, I give E Baldi the highest rating. Try the salmon, which... More

E Baldi is a very small, but lovely restaurant in Beverly Hills. It is also as good or better than the finest restaurants in Italy. Unique and homemade pastas; perfectly prepared fish, meats and sides. The veal is unbelievably thinly sliced and tender. Just fantastic. The service is polished and professional. The prices are reasonable and we truly would eat here... More

This is a small restaurant in the heart of Beverly Hills. It feels comfortable and authentic. The waiters are super nice and friendly, and cool. Our waiter, Giuseppe (from Rome) was very attentive to us. The food was epic and so was the service. Despite the tight space, the restaurant did not feel claustrophobic not was it too loud despite... The location may not feel like Italy, being in the middle of Beverly Hills, but the food is just as good!! love the mixed fish carpaccio and yummy linguine vongole.

A great italian restaurant that has been consistent in terms of the quality of its food for a long time. The seafood is their speciality and it is wonderful, from the lobster redone and put back into the shell, or the salmon, which is the best anywhere. They have great pastas, with the amatriciana being among the best I've had,... More

If you've been to Italy you know that the way to serve food is this: very fresh ingredients, simply prepared, served in decent-sized portions. You won't find the usual huge portions slathered in tomato sauce that are common on this side of the pond and touted as typical Italian. At E Baldi service is understated but efficient and the food... More

Overall our visit was so-so - expected much more. Generally service was mediocre, appetizers and desserts were decent, pizza was terrible. Would take my chances elsewhere next time.

To Locals, Beverly Hills is simply known as “BH”. Wilshire Boulevard runs right through the center of town East to West dividing North and South BH. The North part of BH is anything north of Wilshire Boulevard looking towards the Hills. As a rule, North BH is where the more expensive shops, hotels and restaurants are found like the Famous... Been in BH for 6 days, this place recommended by Tom ford. Booked dinner. Found from offset we were treated differently, bread and tomatoes for all the tables surrounding us, but not us.... Until we asked a passing server. Filled own wine glasses, finally on second bottle - placing it in view of the waiter 'dario' so he would be... More

Staying in Beverly Hills

Neighborhood Profile
Beverly Hills
Beverly Hills began as a modest village years ago and today you can still feel its small town origins, even though it has become a major tourist attraction and business center for the entertainment industry. This town lives up to its reputation as an area full of designer retail stores and residential streets lined with mansions and palm trees. Inside the commercial center of Beverly Hills, along Rodeo Drive, droves of tourists peak into ultra-luxurious boutiques hoping to catch a glimpse of someone famous. Off of Rodeo Drive however is where some of the most affluent Angelenos occupying the streets of Beverly Hills come for leisurely meals, power lunches and beauty treatments.
