Great location, very cool design, fabulous food, great great wine list and top notch service. Comes at a hig price but worth the investment from my perspective. Try the bone in rib eye with pepercorn and brandy sauce.

We stopped at the Beverly Wilshire at the end of our holiday and ate at Cut for our Silver Wedding Anniversary. Between us we ate the following: Goats cheese and tomato salad, belly pork with pears to start with, My husband ate rib eye steak with bearnaise sauce and I had filet mignon with horseradish sauce. The mains were served... More
Go to this restaurant knowing it is what it is: expensive. That way, you can't write a bad review based on the fact that the food is overpriced. Seriously, you are dining in a "designer" restaurant, the designer being Wolfgang Puck." That fact alone warrants a higher price tag. On top of that, you are at a Four Seasons hotel.... More
When I hosted a business colleague, at his recommendation, and read the past internet reviews, I had high expectations that were painfully dashed. I'm honestly sad; I don't enjoy writing a bad review--I would much rather have enjoyed a great dinner. And the check was fiercely expensive. We were staying for a week in the Beverley Wilshire and did not want to go far for dinner having been at a theme park that day. The concierge booked us a table here and we had a very nice time. Ate on Thursday 22 August. It is expensive but well worth it. The service was effective and efficient as well as being friendly. The food was outstanding cooked to perfection. Really enjoyed the night.
At dinner for 8 last night, the grace and charm of attentive and respectful service was only exceeded by the flawless perfection of the highest quality steak, perfectly turned side dishes and a well founded recommendation from a superlative wine collection. Obviously this is not for the budget tourist but if you regard and desire quality food and excellent wine... More
First of all, don't look at the bill. Cut is for people who don't care about the cost of a fabulous dining experience, myself included. I don't eat there every day anymore than I visit the hotel every day. It's a luxury you occasionally treat yourself to and embrace it on those grounds. For example, I have never had a... More
Cut at Beverly Hills Wilshire was excellent, food superb, atmosphere - lively, staff excellent and welcoming, One of best meals on our holidays and we went back a second time and despite not having a reservation they recognised us and made a table available for us within 10 minutes - great all round experience and highly recommend it to any...
