we booked this restaurant as we was staying at the beverly Wiltshire, i was going to have the wagahu steak but changed my mine as i could not convince myself to pay $150 so when for a ribeye , it was great and well cooked and very tasty, and then had a portion of chips but cooked in truffle oil... Like all upscale steak places, Cut is delicious and expensive. We enjoyed the Heirloom Apple Salad (delicious with almonds, pomegranate and dates!) a NY Strip and 3 sides: puréed potato, Brussels sprouts, Mac n Cheese. Every dish is more than enough to share! Fantastic bread offerings, tasty mini popovers, and great drinks!! Try the Peace on Earth rum based drink-... More

Known for their steaks cut packs it in on a nightly basis. Located in Beverly Wiltshire atmosphere a little cold but the busy bar should keep you warm.

Excellent menu served in a beautiful setting. Our table was very close to the kitchen and we could see some of the action and hustle and bustle. Our waiter was excellent and his suggestions were spot on. I know this place is called Cut and you would think meat is the way to go but my fish was fantastic and... More

This place was supposed to be amazing. The only really amazing thing was the pretzel rolls. They are amazing! The $88 Wagyu steak wasn't nor the $56 Nebraska corn fed and aged New York cut I had. I consider myself a meat aficionado and both were seriously lacking in flavor and texture. The ambiance of the restaurant leaves a lot... More

This trip, we had one of the best ever dinners at Cut! From the marrow speciality to the pasture raised rib on the bone, followed of course by exceptional deserts. Always bustling, efficient, sophisticated and friendly atmosphere that livens up the BW and gives a feeling of the "cut and thrust" of LA. I must say the steaks in January... More

Late summer dinner for my wife and I, as first time Australian visitors to the USA, we looked for the American version of Aria, Catalina, etc...so the only the thing lacking is the location, having said that, the food and service were perfect, I only needed to raise my head to make eye contact and was met with crisp friendly... The service was good and the cocktail was good. The iced tea was good. The whipped potatoes, after we added more butter to them, were perfect. My pork chop (double cut) was moist, flavorful, but too big to eat. The restaurant was noisy, with piped music and with talking. It was a very good meal, but it wasn't spectacular. And... More

My Son and I were wondering where to go for Christmas brunch, and, of course, when we found out that the Beverly Wiltshire was doing brunch at CUT, it was no contest. The restaurant had been turned into a variety of tempting stations, including two especially for children, it was hard to keep from sampling too much. Most impressive was... More

Staying in Beverly Hills

Neighborhood Profile
Beverly Hills
Beverly Hills began as a modest village years ago and today you can still feel its small town origins, even though it has become a major tourist attraction and business center for the entertainment industry. This town lives up to its reputation as an area full of designer retail stores and residential streets lined with mansions and palm trees. Inside the commercial center of Beverly Hills, along Rodeo Drive, droves of tourists peak into ultra-luxurious boutiques hoping to catch a glimpse of someone famous. Off of Rodeo Drive however is where some of the most affluent Angelenos occupying the streets of Beverly Hills come for leisurely meals, power lunches and beauty treatments.
