A modern, airy and extremely cool looking steakhouse that served delicious steaks. Appetizers were very good but the steaks were by far the highlight of the evening. The staff was warm and friendly as well. Will definitely go there again.

We celebrated a very special birthday at Cut while staying at the Beverly Wilshire hotel. When we arrived they seated us at a table where the glare from the window was so bad it was impossible to look up. Many other tables were open but when we asked to move the hostess said no. We contemplated leaving when the manager... More

The Wagyu Beef Steak was heavenly as was the 3 steak assortment of Steaks which gives you a sampling of 3 different types of meat. The Bone marrow starter was excellent. A Must eat restaurant for Steak lovers

Went last night, the staff was wonderful from bring greeted until we left. Our server snd the sommelier gave excellent recommendations. Had the japanese wagyu ribeye and my wife had the american wagyu filet. Both were great but the japanese melted in your mouth, excellent!!!

Dined here for a business meeting. Our host is a regular a Cut and gets the royal treatment. Not sure everyone is treated like a prince here, but from the look of the other guests, it is clear that princes, kings and other Hollywood royalty dine here. The service was perfection - at least six people waiting on our table.... More

My husband and I loved dining at The Cut. The waiter and service were outstanding, and the food was delicious. No problem with sharing a large steak. Not cheap, but definitely worth it. Can't wait to return.

I don't know why , but I cant stop thinking about the steak I had here. Rib eye on he bone. There was something about the way it was cooked, it had some sort of crust on it that gave a great flavour. I want to go back . The meals and service here were great, the restaurant is located... More

Staying in Beverly Hills

Neighborhood Profile
Beverly Hills
Beverly Hills began as a modest village years ago and today you can still feel its small town origins, even though it has become a major tourist attraction and business center for the entertainment industry. This town lives up to its reputation as an area full of designer retail stores and residential streets lined with mansions and palm trees. Inside the commercial center of Beverly Hills, along Rodeo Drive, droves of tourists peak into ultra-luxurious boutiques hoping to catch a glimpse of someone famous. Off of Rodeo Drive however is where some of the most affluent Angelenos occupying the streets of Beverly Hills come for leisurely meals, power lunches and beauty treatments.
