The service was good and the cocktail was good. The iced tea was good. The whipped potatoes, after we added more butter to them, were perfect. My pork chop (double cut) was moist, flavorful, but too big to eat. The restaurant was noisy, with piped music and with talking. It was a very good meal, but it wasn't spectacular. And... More

My Son and I were wondering where to go for Christmas brunch, and, of course, when we found out that the Beverly Wiltshire was doing brunch at CUT, it was no contest. The restaurant had been turned into a variety of tempting stations, including two especially for children, it was hard to keep from sampling too much. Most impressive was... More

Had hesitations going to such a trendy place on Christmas Eve, but the service was great and food was perfect. Large pour wine and champagne by the glass added to a great evening.

Cut is a very luxurious Wolfgang Puck steakhouse. The steaks were very expensive and in the beginning they bring a tray of raw meat for you to look at the different types. The appetizers were delicious and the steak too, but I've had better steak for less money. It was very good but also very overpriced. I was paying to... More

We liked CUT very much, and went three times during our stay in Beverly Wilshire Four Seasons. Enjoyed it very much. Great lamb, and Wagyu Beef and excellent side dishes and wines. David has been extremely kind and professional as our waiter and everybody made us feel welcome at all times. Of course we will be back.

Do not leave without eating here! Wolfgang happened to quickly drop in & kindly took a picture with my friend and I and he even offered to view the picture to ensure we liked it and if we didn't, he would take another! He was extremely kind & patient! Wolfgang's The Cut (located in hotel) is delicious!!!! The dark chocolate... More

Cut is Wolfgang Puck's steakhouse, but with a Cal cuisine twist. It is not a stogy steakhouse, but rather an elegant setting with extraordinary food for everyone - including vegetarians. The food is lighter than most steakhouses, but the flavor is still there. If price is no object get the real deal wagyu, but everything is great and it's not... More

We had the best dinner at Cut! The decor is modern and choic. The food and the drinks were delicious. The service was incredible. At least five people were checking on us all evening to make sure we had everything we needed. I can't wait to return!!

One of very few places where you can get real wagyu beef. I'm not talkin' about that counterfeit "Kobe beef" that most restaurants try to pass of as "authentic." We're talking about real, imported from Japan, A-5 grade wagyu, with a certificate to denote the cow's grade, the cow's name, breeding, parents, and region (such as Mishima, Hyogo, Kobe, etc,... Staying in Beverly Hills

Neighborhood Profile
Beverly Hills
Beverly Hills began as a modest village years ago and today you can still feel its small town origins, even though it has become a major tourist attraction and business center for the entertainment industry. This town lives up to its reputation as an area full of designer retail stores and residential streets lined with mansions and palm trees. Inside the commercial center of Beverly Hills, along Rodeo Drive, droves of tourists peak into ultra-luxurious boutiques hoping to catch a glimpse of someone famous. Off of Rodeo Drive however is where some of the most affluent Angelenos occupying the streets of Beverly Hills come for leisurely meals, power lunches and beauty treatments.
