This was our first dinner on our LA trip and the food was better than expected. We all had Filets and they were prepared very well. The wine sommelier was very knowledgeable and did a great job of assisting us with a wine choice. We were very pleased and would recommend this as one of our favorite restaurants on our... More

Luckily we were gifted a dinner at Cut. Our expectations were very high being that this restaurant is located in the 4 seasons in Beverly Hills. My wife spent an hour studying the menu prior to making our reservation. She and I had planned exactly what we wanted to order for my birthday. The decor reminded us of a upscale... More

There's many reasons this is rated top in America by many food critics and patrons. The steaks were unsurpassed from any we've ever had ... anywhere. Great ambience, decor and service.

This restaurant is just that a very good steakhouse in a great location. Its not an award winning experience. I may feel a little burned because it came up on a Michelin search but it has been a long time since it had a star awarded and I am measuring it on that scale not on the steakhouse scale which... The food was great! The service we received will ensure my return. The steaks were tender. Melted in my mouth!

The steaks were tasty and cooked to perfection. The service was terrific. There were two servers for our table of two and both were friendly, without attitude and extremely attentive. I didn't go there to save money but was struck by the wine list that was over the top price wise. That kept us at one glass of wine each... More

Cut steakhouse was a grea experience. The ribeye wagyu was delicious and flavorful. The steak just melted when I consumed it and the potato puree and mac and cheese is a must order. I was not too keen on the creamed spinich. The strawberry shortcake dessert was delicious and perfect way to end dinner. The atmosphere of the steakhouse was... More

We had a great dinner at Cut last night. The rib eye, the filets, the spinach, potato and mushroom sides were all fantastic. Great service too.

The food here is exceptional and worthy of its Michelin star. I co e here regularly for business dinners but have enjoyed the Resturant on personal occasions as well. The steaks are fantastic. I had fish for the firs time last night, Loup du Mer and it was fantastic. A new steak tartar amuse bucsh was nice addition to the... More

I've been to a lot of great steakhouses, but this is the best steak I've had...easily. Though it was probably more due to the cut of meat. The Japanese wagyu is amazing and worth the price. If you aren't sure about spending that much, at least get the sampler and compare it to the American breeds. Don't forget the chocolate... More

Staying in Beverly Hills

Neighborhood Profile
Beverly Hills
Beverly Hills began as a modest village years ago and today you can still feel its small town origins, even though it has become a major tourist attraction and business center for the entertainment industry. This town lives up to its reputation as an area full of designer retail stores and residential streets lined with mansions and palm trees. Inside the commercial center of Beverly Hills, along Rodeo Drive, droves of tourists peak into ultra-luxurious boutiques hoping to catch a glimpse of someone famous. Off of Rodeo Drive however is where some of the most affluent Angelenos occupying the streets of Beverly Hills come for leisurely meals, power lunches and beauty treatments.
