What's not to love about the idea of being treated to a meal planned out by the same chef who does the catering for the Oscars after party? It really felt bucket list worthy and I'm glad I got to cross it off my list. I was there with a large party for business. We were seated in a private... More

I had been to Spago in Maui and had one of the most memorable meals. However this was a polar opposite. At 9 PM reservations and we arrived you're told that they were running late. Fine, this happens but when it hit 930 and nobody even bothered to come over and give us an update, I started to get annoyed.... More

We went on a Sunday night and it was very busy. We had a table in the open roof area terrace where the fires and the atmosphere added to the feeling of a special place to be. Welcome hostess was wonderful and our waiter was very personable. As it was part of our honeymoon, we were given two complimentary glasses... More

The restaurant is beautiful and the menu is very creative. The waiters are very attentive and it's a romantic atmosphere. The food was excellent and the drinks were fabulous as well. It's easy to go to as they have valet parking. They even sent sent over a complimentary appetizer.

We arrived for our scheduled 6:45 pm reservation booked weeks in advance. No name or rez found. Maitre'D was wonderfully accommodating and we were in after a 40 min. wait. Food was prepared well. Menu was adventurous and yet some old staples could still be ordered. We sat by the open Kitchen and noticed many of Puck's famous shnitzel's being... More

One would think the iconic home of the food empire would mean that the signature dishes would tickle the mouth. Sadly, lost its edge. The food is bland, the drinks are poorly executed, and the wine list over priced. They need to learn to use salt and to add some more flavor to a few dishes.

We dinned here on our first night in LA. Our hotel Beverley Wilshire concierge managed to book us an outdoor table one hour in advance, which was lucky. We love the outdoor part of the restaurant more than indoor as it reminds me a Positano place we have been earlier this year in Italy riverside. Food is excellent. We skipped... More

Amazing ambience, great waitstaff, and the best flavors and tastes in the city. Varied menu, small portions, but wow, do your taste buds ever explode. Inventive and exciting food from the Chef and Kitchen. I cannot say enough about this restaurant and food. Simply the best.

We were welcomed by Lisamarie who is a maitre de at Spago. We had a large table for two and were seated right away. The restaurant knew it was our anniversary and poured us generous flutes of a very good champagne. We felt very special even though we are not famous. The rich and famous love it too! The garden is... More

This place is out and out excellent. If you can spend $250 and a bit up for a celebratory dinner out don't hesitate. Old-school service, meaning invisible waiters, nicely mixed with a contemporary touch of welcome without the too familiar, but a feel of a "pleasure to welcome you back" from the professional maitre de who is proud to serve... Staying in Beverly Hills

Neighborhood Profile
Beverly Hills
Beverly Hills began as a modest village years ago and today you can still feel its small town origins, even though it has become a major tourist attraction and business center for the entertainment industry. This town lives up to its reputation as an area full of designer retail stores and residential streets lined with mansions and palm trees. Inside the commercial center of Beverly Hills, along Rodeo Drive, droves of tourists peak into ultra-luxurious boutiques hoping to catch a glimpse of someone famous. Off of Rodeo Drive however is where some of the most affluent Angelenos occupying the streets of Beverly Hills come for leisurely meals, power lunches and beauty treatments.
