Came here looking for DELICIOUS food and excellent service, and that's what we got! The outdoor seating is a beautiful setting. You get what you pay for.

We ordered cocktails in the bar while waiting for our table. Our table was ready before our drinks and it took a little time to get them to us, but the cocktails were worth the wait. We started with Ahi tuna tartare cones (a little spicy and sweet, yum!). We shared the Squid Ink Garganelli (rich flavors). For entrees we... More

A true LA experience. The Architecture of the place maintains its art deco personality while not looking outdated. Service is seamless. I think we especially had a good experience with our server, a true professional. Food was exquisite. You have a choice of traditional food that has always been on the menu or choosing a modern dish. Regardless of your... More

We were sorry that we were fifteen minutes late for our booking - but being made to feel like we were convicts by the receptionist was not expected. "You're late ..... I will see if I can re-schedule you back in". We sat in the bar area for ten minutes - I was en route back to the reception to... More

There is a reason Spago is an LA icon. Lovely atmosphere, consistently great food (as in for over at least two decades now), great bar, wine and champagne list and one of the best outdoor terraces in town. If you come for their beautiful brunch or lunch you will soon know why: 9 out of 10 times you will meet... More

Spago is a familiar name to travelers! I was just there and I think every USA state was in attendance! My guests were from China and from the U.K. When I inquired "is there a particular restaurant you would like to attend"----everyone said SPAGO! One phone call later, we were happily dining at the elegant SPAGO🌹

There are some truly remarkable dining options in LA, so I was a bit disappointed to learn that our group had decided on Spago as our dinner destination. I had not visited Spago since it was at its original location on Sunset, and that was nearly 30 years ago. In my mind, it just seemed like an 80's throwback desperately... More

We recently celebrated a birthday at Spago Beverly Hills. Everything was perfect, from the valet parking experience, to the hostess, the waiter and the somelier. Then there was the food; miso flavored spicy tuna cones, white sturgeon cavier, pork belly macaroons, lobster corn dogs, chestnut agnolotti with black truffles, hong kong style loup de mer with braised bok choy, lemon curd sorbet... We decided to eat here on our last night in LA. We went with the tasting menu, so we could try lots of different items. The highlight of the night was when the manager gave us a tour of the kitchen and let us taste some items back in the kitchen right after it was prepared. He gave us a... More

Staying in Beverly Hills

Neighborhood Profile
Beverly Hills
Beverly Hills began as a modest village years ago and today you can still feel its small town origins, even though it has become a major tourist attraction and business center for the entertainment industry. This town lives up to its reputation as an area full of designer retail stores and residential streets lined with mansions and palm trees. Inside the commercial center of Beverly Hills, along Rodeo Drive, droves of tourists peak into ultra-luxurious boutiques hoping to catch a glimpse of someone famous. Off of Rodeo Drive however is where some of the most affluent Angelenos occupying the streets of Beverly Hills come for leisurely meals, power lunches and beauty treatments.
