Unfortunately we didn't get his name but we sat outside and we chatted with him lots about England and he asked the chef to do my husband a starter version of their main scallops special which he organised for us. He made our evening perfect and organised for us to have our chocolate soufflé (to die for) inside whilst we... More

Had a business lunch at the Polo Lounge and loved it. The staff was extremely accommodating and I could feel the "mojo of the past" whispering from the walls. I'm a fan of steak tartare but don't often order it. I decided to here and it was fantastic. The restaurant is quite pricey but I imagine you're also paying for... More

The waiters are very attentive and I had their chopped salad which was incredible. The room was bright and lovely with plenty of leg room. Ask for a booth.

Perhaps in Sydney it is because we are spoilt with the quality of food but this little gem would have been perfect if the quality of food were better. The hotel and surroundings are beautiful. We sat outdoors and while listened to the beautiful music being played from a wedding but had to shoo away a fly or two most... More

It's a fun spot you never know who you'll meet or see and the atmosphere is very pleasant. I love driving up to the Beverly Hills Hotel getting out of my car walking on the red carpet into the main hotel and then heading into the Polo Lounge. It's just a lot of fun and I enjoyed the wine there.... More

Description
The Polo Lounge has been the favorite breakfast spot and watering hole for generations of stars and Hollywood deal-makers. Guests enjoy indoor and outdoor seating for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner, and late-night suppers. Lunch and dinner are served with piano accompaniment alternating with light jazz on the patio during the long summer nights. Jazz music is also featured during Sunday Brunch. In the evening guests can come to relax and enjoy one of our many specialty cocktails or one of our old favorites.

Staying in Beverly Hills

Neighborhood Profile
Beverly Hills
Beverly Hills began as a modest village years ago and today you can still feel its small town origins, even though it has become a major tourist attraction and business center for the entertainment industry. This town lives up to its reputation as an area full of designer retail stores and residential streets lined with mansions and palm trees. Inside the commercial center of Beverly Hills, along Rodeo Drive, droves of tourists peak into ultra-luxurious boutiques hoping to catch a glimpse of someone famous. Off of Rodeo Drive however is where some of the most affluent Angelenos occupying the streets of Beverly Hills come for leisurely meals, power lunches and beauty treatments.
