Totally overprized and certainly not worth it, add $ 12 for valet parking but in all fairness it is a nice setting in the garden....

Fabulous vibe a real surprise food was delicious staff very helpful and welcoming. Very pretty and comfortable. It was too cold to sit outside last night but very beautiful and lovely to look at. The menu isn't big but I'm sure anyone could find something to eat. We loved it and will go again whilst I'm in LA.

This was our first visit to the Polo Lounge, and we almost felt unfaithful, because we always stay at the sister hotel, The Bel-Air. The Polo Lounge is seriously grown-up, elegant dining room, with great staff and fantastic live music. One can understand why it has been a power dining room for 75 years, except, unfortunately, for the food. It... More

I cannot begin to describe the elegance and timelessness that you experience when you first step foot into this Hollywood dreamscape. Immediately upon approaching those beautiful doors you hear the world-class pianist beckoning you to come in and enjoy an experience unlike anything you've ever had regardless of how many countries you have visited. You gaze at the scotch menu... More

Great food and service, lovely patio, and upscale vibe. Lots of stick thin models with their sugar daddies, and probably several celebs, but I'm not much for people watching of that sort. Inside is a bit less like that and the bar (though small) is quite down to earth. Live piano music every night, as far as I can tell.... More

Drinks and dinner or just drinks. The garden terrace is delightful in the cooler months (and a little less noisy than indoors). The pianist (inside) provides a pleasant but unobtrusive backdrop even in the garden terrace outside. If you eat nothing else, the soufflé is divine! Save room and order when you are ordering entree as it takes approximately 20... More

Movers and shakers in LA always make time to go to the polo lounge. The beverly hills hotel is as historic as you can get and the Polo lounge is international known. Howard Hughes had a regular bungalow here, Marilyn Monroe stayed her for while. Pretty much everyone from the golden era of Hollywood has been to the BHH and... More

Description
The Polo Lounge has been the favorite breakfast spot and watering hole for generations of stars and Hollywood deal-makers. Guests enjoy indoor and outdoor seating for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner, and late-night suppers. Lunch and dinner are served with piano accompaniment alternating with light jazz on the patio during the long summer nights. Jazz music is also featured during Sunday Brunch. In the evening guests can come to relax and enjoy one of our many specialty cocktails or one of our old favorites.

Staying in Beverly Hills

Neighborhood Profile
Beverly Hills
Beverly Hills began as a modest village years ago and today you can still feel its small town origins, even though it has become a major tourist attraction and business center for the entertainment industry. This town lives up to its reputation as an area full of designer retail stores and residential streets lined with mansions and palm trees. Inside the commercial center of Beverly Hills, along Rodeo Drive, droves of tourists peak into ultra-luxurious boutiques hoping to catch a glimpse of someone famous. Off of Rodeo Drive however is where some of the most affluent Angelenos occupying the streets of Beverly Hills come for leisurely meals, power lunches and beauty treatments.
