We were here last night, 7/25/16, and took advantage of the Dine LA menu for Restaurant Week. I ordered Salade Maraîchère au Chèvre Chaud (mixed greens, warm goat cheese & herbes de Provence, with red wine vinaigrette), ad hoc Fried Chicken served with summer melon, heirloom tomato, cucumber & feta salad, red bliss potato & cornbread with honey butter, and... Food is much better than a normal French Bistro, Many dishes are excellent but it's just a hit and miss situation daily.

Everyone I've taken here loves it. I've been more times than I can count. Lunch, brunch and dinner. It's modern French style bistro food and the decor reflects that. They used to do a fried chicken dinner every once in awhile and would sell out before the event. I need to find out if they are still doing it. Get... More

I was always wondering why french restaurants do not have the popularity of italian restaurants in the USA. Now I know French restaurants despise their clients, they throw decor and style in their faces and put horrible food in their plates. And Bouchon is the ambassador of horrible french cuisine in the USA. The classic Steak Frites was just beurk...... More

The idea of a French bistro in Beverly Hills. Kind of a stretch. It works. The space itself is a little odd. The food and the service were quite excellent on July 4 th. Good wine list, excellent baguette. Each dish wonderfully conceived and executed. Of course, it didn't hurt that we were seated next to Pink's body double!

Everything about the Bouchon experience was wonderful. The food, service, and price exceeded expectations for our dinner. We enjoyed the Charcuterie platter, deviled eggs, Steak Frites, Roasted Chicken and Signature Chocolate Dessert with Vanilla Ice Cream. The service was excellent and price was perfect for what we ordered. There were no complaints with anything and we always enjoy anything from... More

While it's not The French Laundry, Bouchon delivers a french bistro atmosphere (albeit large as opposed to intimate/cozy) and menu (albeit more expensive than any sidewalk cafe in Paris. We were there for a celebratory graduation dinner and the seven of us ordered seven different meals. Everyone was satisfied with their meal; however, portions were somewhat small and the dishes... I was rather disappointed in my first visit to Bouchon. I was invited to lunch by a friend. I ordered the Salade de Steak, which was more than $30--my recollection is that it was $37. The best that I could say about it was that was OK. You can have the flat iron steak with salad at Eureka for about... More

Definitely living off the name!! Very poor food and poor service. Big noisy room with no atmosphere. Wouldn't go back, mentioned it was my daughters birthday. They brought out one ball of ice cream and half a brownie with a candle in it the charged us $5 for the privilege!! After buying lunch for seven with wine and cocktails I... More

we attending a wedding reception here and the place was first class. they had a "station" set up with a grill station, a seafood station, and a kitchen station - it was phenomenal - in addition to that, the staff was about as attentive as they could possibly be. would do it again in a heartbeat.

Staying in Beverly Hills

Neighborhood Profile
Beverly Hills
Beverly Hills began as a modest village years ago and today you can still feel its small town origins, even though it has become a major tourist attraction and business center for the entertainment industry. This town lives up to its reputation as an area full of designer retail stores and residential streets lined with mansions and palm trees. Inside the commercial center of Beverly Hills, along Rodeo Drive, droves of tourists peak into ultra-luxurious boutiques hoping to catch a glimpse of someone famous. Off of Rodeo Drive however is where some of the most affluent Angelenos occupying the streets of Beverly Hills come for leisurely meals, power lunches and beauty treatments.
