Round table for seven and beautiful Holiday lights! Food was very good as was the waiter. Lobster tail and prime rib outstanding. Only negative was fried shrimp that two people ordered was well under and not crispy at all. Rookie on the fryer. Will be back!

Stopped in on a cold wet winter night. Definitely worth the short trip up the hill even on a rainy night. Views are great and the grounds and buildings have a unique and homey feeling. As far opposite a chain restaurant imaginable which is great! I opted for the prime rib (smaller cut $39) which was outstanding. Served with a... More

Awesome. I've been there at the end of November, Christmas atmosphere, decorations, lighting... just awesome!!! Fillet mignon and "Texas style" steak are highly recommended. Very romantic place for the couples by the way.

The view is great..the parking easy, but the dinner was just OK.... $50.00 a head they charged for a $28 meal and they ended up charging for soft drinks for the kids... unbelievable that they couldn't have the soft drinks for free. Desert was pumpkin pie - not the best. Staff was nice. Hopefully our company will NEVER book here... More

First, the view. CalTrain, the Bay, East & South Bays, incoming SFO flights. Days? Very nice, but at night it's magical for those of us who like twinkly lights. Menu is standard, retro, traditional American fare as we've known it for decades. It's a carnivore's delight - steaks, prime rib, pork chops, as well as chicken, prawns, calamari, many green... Would never have imagined that in a suburban looking cluster of homes there was this sweet restaurant. You can tell it's been arou thend for years! The view is amazing for starters. I met a colleague for a business lunch and everything we had was really good - he had the escargot and ribs, I had the starter size of... More

My wife and I went here to try out their signature dish of prime rib. We both ordered medium cooked, and it was very good, but not great. The garlic mash potato did not seem to have much garlic flavor, the string bean & rice were par. The servixe was great. The window view was very nice, but $39 seemed... More

Welcoming atmosphere, straightforward menu with nicely prepared food. I went on a whim and will be back. Old time bar area with sports on for those looking for a place to watch a game. I ordered the "Vans" scallops which were served as two patties of scallops. It was fantastic and if you love scallops you could not imagine eating... More
