Small resort area for lodging/cabins. Cabins severely outdated with sparse kitchen amenities. Top of refrig hadn’t been cleaned for a while. At least A/C worked well. Friends stayed at Miller’s for $100 more a night In a more update lodging but the resort is much...larger with more people. Fork’s staff are friendly and helpful. No dishwasher so I suggest paper plates and plastic utensils. Master bed was comfortable. For the price and what you get, I can only give it a 3 star review as we have stayed at other high demand resort areas around this price point that are much nicer. The big plus is it is small and quiet unless you have some small dogs that bark at anything that moves in the vicinity.More

We took a family trip to Bass Lake in August and took a chance on the Forks, didn't even read any reviews in advance because we planned the trip quickly. What a pleasant surprise it was! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, the cabin...was very clean and perfect setup for us with everything we needed, and also quiet. We got takeout from their restaurant one night and the food was both really good and really reasonable. I was especially grateful for their dilligence around masks and social distancing, given not all the businesses around Bass Lake are doing the same. I will definitely stay there again!More

We were pleasantly surprised how clean the cabin was, how friendly and helpful the staff was as well. A special shout out to Aaron that works at the resort, he helped us get our boat started again and back out on the lake just to...be helpful. We plan to stay here every time we come to Bass Lake.More

The people that run this place are really good people. Service in the shop/store was always personal like they cared about your stay. With COVID19 rampaging, i appreciated their face masks (even the cabin cleaners wore them) and their general cleanliness. Cabins were nicer than...expected with wifi and smart TVs and central A/C.More

Can’t beat the view on the patio. Burgers are very good! Who has the best burger one lake? Whichever restaurant I ate at most recently! Breakfast is very good and affordable for how much you get. The dessert pies are worth trying.

On a rainy day during our Yosemite trip, decided to stay close to our Airbb in Oakhurst. Drove around Bass lake and ended here for lunch. Great view of the lake. Had burgers and pie. Old fashioned place with good food and reasonable prices.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our dinner here. The fun local rustic atmosphere and friendly staff make the dining experience memorable. When we arrived the place was packed with patrons. We were able to sit at the bar. We were pleasantly surprised by the...reasonable prices - ($10.95 for a club sandwich with shoestring fries) and beers were $6 each. Can't go wrong with a club sandwich, it was fresh and flavorful. Big enough we split it for dinner. This is a place you can relax and be casual. There's also outside seating. They do take-out orders too. Highly recommend stopping in for a casual meal! A little insider tip - there are blackberry bushes across the street that had big tasty blackberries on them.More
