After a workshop at the Malki Museum a group of us stopped by to try out Crazy Coyote Tacos. Delicious food homemade and fresh! The corn tortillas are handmade. The menu is just right for this size, roadside 'taco shack'. This isn't a huge 'restaurant' with flavorless food or a chain fast food outlet. Outdoor seating with a view of... More

Loved this place. Stumbled upon it today as we left shopping and my we dig this place. This is real deal great food at a reasonable price. Loved the tacos. Had one beef and one pork and their beans are so different and mighty good!

Looks like a great little dive, to get a special little walk up meal. It's not, the menu is very limited and not sure how the corn tortillas are made. the aren't fried or steamed rather just hard and dead. The filling is not special and every wet. the rice and beans are to forget about, and the staff is... More

Yummy food. Homemade and fresh. Outside seating only. Have the Giant Taco plate. Off the beaten path but right near the 10 freeway

The best kept secret in the Cochella Valley! Crazy Coyote serves tacos, quesadillas and burritos and that's it! Worth the drive up to the Outlets just for lunch. Fresh! Homemade tortillas, a homemade salsa that will knock your socks off (when they say "hot," that's an understatement). Fresh cilantro - clean food and an immaculate kitchen. Great friendly service! Family... More

Located on the Eastbound on-ramp to I-10 where most of the outlet traffic leaves, Coyote tacos does less business than the casual observer would expect. The reason is obvious: Although its an excellent and busy location, the clientele has little patience for wait to make food and the place is just too authentic for the plastic and glitz outlet crowd.... Crazy Coyote, just west of the Desert Hills Outlet stores, is our regular stop on the way to Palm Desert. The food is generally good, but quite limited. I usually order the chicken burrito with beans and rice because it is good and relatively easy to eat. The winds can be quite strong, so eating in the car is s... More

This little shack of a taco stand is awesome. Great tortillas (home made and thick) solid beans and rice... cheap, fast, friendly, and always consistent with the food. This is not FANCY, but good food!

Stopped by on the way down to Palm Springs and was hungrier than a crocodile on a diet. That said the burrito, a chilli verde, was tasty and did the job of filling me up. Remember this is a side of the road eatery (with seats) and you should get what you hope for. And that is why it got... More
