It was a very long trip in getting here. This restaurant serves a variety of Mexican food with some added flare when my family comes over and takes things over to dine. Days in Bakersfield are generally nice even in the winter because of all...the technology, air conditioning, and well-prepared food, and Los Hermanos provides a nice bite for to go or comfort inside the lobby. Cheeseburgers are made to order also and come with delicious vegetables and ketchup, along with a thick coating of cheese laid over the patty burrito-style. Service is very attentive here. So many places cause no problems but also make nothing good of ordinary life; however, at Los Hermanos, not only is it a real pleasure to eat and dine here, but we can also talk to the workers with some small chitchat as long as important situations bring us up to awareness. Burritos are fine, made well, and usually get on plates with certain kinds of sauces which I’m happy to report have good taste and refreshment on the basis of casual, taco-to-taco experiences. Tacos specials here are as apparent as their posters for deals on this stuff. Our ambiance here is vivid and decorative should the tiny little objects be noticed, like the silver flower images and the Mexican textures of artistry. At times when I’m looking at the menu, although it has the confirmed items in text, I have to make sure my own thoughts for delicious burritos and tasty tacos are just as accurate since I may accidentally order something I’m not familiar with or something gets in my system which tells me to issue more comments with the cashier and my family. My family gets busy with work in the Antelope Valley so this Los Hermanos location does very well on our radar as we’re looking for fun and good times. Dad tends to prefer enchiladas more than burritos because he generally works on a lighter scale for food and pleasure, especially with his choice of diet and general frame of mind. Of course, I just see enchiladas and want to add a burger for them. Plenty of customers have filled the place up and have been nice to us. We’re not typically given any warnings here but there’s no bad issues to speak of in particular to dining under the roof where all the magic happens and charm bursts through us all as laughter gets its place in our history together as a family, and, the workers take out plates and fill new orders like every tomorrow is just yesterday in full scoop. The restaurant has a lot of original preparations and even some oddities to speak of for the Mexican cuisine exploration we’re into. Highly recommended.More

If you are on a budget and looking for high quality cheap eats or a party platter, this is your restaurant. Food tastes great, and there is an option for salsa bar.

I had a meeting in Bakersfield Ca. We went to lunch. Mexican was the choice. This is a simple place and I can see where travelers might pass this place up. One of our members new the place. Authentic Mexican Food. Order at the counter....Service is quick especially if you need a quick lunch. Price is good. I had a beef taco and chicken enchilada with rice and beans. Tea to drink. $10.75. My business associates were both Hispanic and they also enjoyed their meal. Nothing better than authentic Mexican Food and a great price. Stop by and try it. Sorry no pictures on this one. Enjoy you meal.More

Los Hermanos is a chain of restaurants. Of the 3 I've patronized, this one on Rosedale is head and shoulders better than the other two. The one on Calloway just closed down (I ate there once, and never again). The one on White lane was...good but it's a distance for us. Luckily the best one is near us on Rosedale hwy. For a fast-food style restaurant they've got pretty darn good food.More

Don't expect much. It's just basic Mexican fast food which in our opinion could be much better. Not expensive so ....

Staff are very courteous and attentive. Food was delicious and not expensive! Warm atmosphere and very clean..I am very picky on the cleanliness specially in the bathroom and this one was impressively clean! Only advice to customers, you have to ask for Pico de Gallo...Salsa..they used to have it readily available but not anymore! but if you ask, they will give :)More

I tried the chili rellanos and now find reasons to go back for that and other items. There are several Los Hermanos around town; I also used the one near Memorial Hospital and it was also delicious.

Advice for this restaurant, PAY ATTENTION WHEN SOMEONE PLACES AN ORDER, DOUBLE CHECK THE ORDER BEFORE PASSING IT OFF TO THE CUSTOMER AND MAKE SURE YOUR COOKS UNDERSTAND THE MENU. This Los Hermanos is very good at getting orders WRONG. It is their menu but...yet they are very inconsistent with menu items. How is it that I order one item one visit and then go back another time order the same thing and the ingredients aren't even the same? It is your menu, you need to learn it. It's frustrating to order a specific item due to dietary restrictions and get home and then find those very items that you were avoiding were added to the item you ordered when they were not even supposed to be in the item. Don't add anything to a menu item if it is not listed. Get it together!More

I'm sorry but this particular restaurant takes no pride in their service or food. I ordered hues ranchers for breakfast and it was the worst ever. It was served with burnt cheese and eggs. Obviously it was left under the broiler too long, I couldn't...believe the cook and the waiter would serve this to anyone. The breakfast burrito according to the waiter was supposed to have egg, cheese, potatoes and chorizo. All it had in it was beans and egg. Obviously the cook cares nothing about how his food is cooked or prepared. There is no sense of pride or care taken at this location. Hopefully the other locations are better than this one.More
