I grew up in West Memphis but left over 40 years ago. However, whenever we return to visit we always visit Pancho's. We love the cheese Pancho's dip and always take some home with us. The food is good mexican food and the beer is cold. The restaurant could use a good cleaning. We visit more for nostalgia then for... More

Our waitress Lulu was great, friendly and very personable. Unfortunately the food tasted like they heated up a TV dinner and dumped it on my plate. The chips were Sam's Club chips and salsa may have been picante.

We are on our way to Florida and thought we'd stop for some Mexican food since service is usually quick and it's hard to make Mexican food bad. It ended up taking quite awhile and the food was just ok. The chips were not homemade but we did get a small portion of free cheese dip but it was served... More

Been years since I ate at Pancho's. The staff greeted us as soon as we walked in the door. We were seated and very shortly after that we were greeted by our waitress. Everyone was so friendly. Food was prepared and served I amount of time expected. We were given chips and dip before we even ordered our food. Be... More

The food was good, but not as good as it was years ago. The cheese dip is the same, but served cold. The pancho verde was very good with the green sauce.

food is good the dip is good but now you must pay after your first serving of a tiny bowl of dip. I have been eating here for many years and still come back

there is a strange smell not sure if it is sewer but obviously ignored. I think the generic chips at walmart would be an improvement over what they serve

I just love Pancho's. The restaurants are always dark, old, run down. But I just love their green sauce (sold in grocery stores) that you can put on your tacos. I work downtown and can just cross the bridge and be there in a jiffy. While I was there last time, the table behind me was so loud and rowdy,... More

I have loved this place for much of my life, but during a recent visit, the smell throughout the entire restaurant was really bad. It smelled like sewage...which doesn't make for a good meal no matter how great the food is. Hope they get the issue fixed!

The best Mexican food in the region with a great atmosphere, friendly staff, and impressive drink variety!
