Very friendly stuff. The empanada de carne was great and the capucchino the best i had in Cuzco. A must go!

This restaurant is a must stop for anyone visiting the Chinchero historical site. The food is phenomenal and reasonably priced. The empanadas were some of the best we’d eaten in South America. The service was great as well. Can’t wait to return!

What an amazing find!! We stopped by for a late lunch, and really enjoyed everything we ate. I strongly recommend trying the empanadas, soups, and natural juices. Everyone from the staff was very extremely attentive..

I ordered the sweet potato ravioli. They must have run out of ingredients as only one ravioli parcel had any filling - the others were completely empty and flat. It would have been much better to have been told they couldn't make it - I...would have ordered something else and not wasted my money.More

After having done an exhausting Inca trail, we took another tour of the Sacred Valley which made a stop for lunch and the food really pleased me and my whole family thanks.

So worth getting a meal here! It’s a bit expensive, but it was easily one of the best meals we’ve had in Peru! Beautifully presented and absolutely delicious, I highly recommend the food at this restaurant.

Our tour guide took us to Merienda - initially we were expecting the usual Peruvian fare (not a bad thing - food is consistently excellent). However the food here was actually pretty refined - we had a trout ceviche and a ‘chupe de quinoa’ -...in both instances probably the best examples we had of each while in Peru, beautifully presented and tasted amazing. Highly recommend searching this place out if you’re in the area.More

Best meal we have experienced during our entire two week stay in Peru. Very rich but gentle flavors. We had the ceviche and the vegetarian arrabbiata. Exquisite flavors. Excellent service. Beautiful view from dining window.

We were on a family trip to Peru and we had a guide for only the Sacred Valley part of it. We had been touring the area all day and wanted to eat a late lunch. After we went into the archeological park, our guide...said that we should eat here. He said it had the best food. He was the one who suggested to the husband and wife team that they should open up a restaurant after tasting their food. It's been a success even though you have to pay to enter that area. The food is delicious. Everyone else had more traditional Peruvian fare but I wanted something different for a change. I had butternut squash ravioli in a sage sauce that was delicious. It rivaled anything like that that I've been served in an Italian restaurant. The only thing was that it took quite some time to get our food even though the restaurant wasn't crowded. Otherwise, it was great. I'm so glad that our guide knew to recommend it.More
