We visited the salt mines and choose this
Restaurant thanks to TripAdvisor an it was an excellent choice. Their eggs with fried potatoes are unique and the beef and the pig’ cheek stews were out of the ordinary. Great!

Took the set 3 course menu option. Huge servings of traditional basque food. Expertly cooked and presented by a lovely waitress in a very homely style. Nice wine selection. Best food in Cardona for us.
Four of us ate a three course lunch here one weekday afternoon and we all found the food absolutely delicious. The staff were very attentive, efficient and welcoming and the atmosphere was warm and relaxing. The price/quality is excellent.

Fantastic food in a very friendly, family-run atmosphere. The son-in-law of the owner (and husband of the chef) kindly translated the Catalan-language menu for us. Extremely good value at 15 euros for the three-course lunch. Pig cheeks were particularly good.
