A cut above the average Mallorca. Cuisine

We loved the tasting menu. For non meat eaters fish and octopus was quickly produced. Lovely food in a charming restaurant with very amiable staff. We opted for a great bottle of white wine rather than the five course of wines to accompany the menu. Would definitely go back

This an exquisite little restaurant. It offers a five course tasting menu with or without a wine 'marriage' and although they will do their best to accommodate 'dislikes' it's best to enter with an adventurous spirit. We didn't think We liked white chocolate (too sweet) or foie-grass (too fatty), yet in the creative hands of a most remarkable chef, We... More

Our meal was very good, beginning with a small amuse-bouche and proceeding to fish and meat courses -- all smallish portions, artfully plated and beautifully served. The young chef came out of the kitchen to check on the acceptability of the special pasta he prepared for our one vegetarian -- in fact, I wish I'd ordered it!

We had a fabulous meal here a year ago, so couldn't wait to go back. We weren't disappointed, as can often happen when you remember somewhere as excellent. The food is as inventive, flavourful and beautifully presented as ever. The evening menu without wine pairings is an absolute bargain. Not that we had it.... The menu is fixed, although the... More

We had an enjoyable evening with an interesting 5 course tasting menu. Portions were as you'd expect for a such a menu. We arrived hungry and left pleasantly satisfied. We didn't opt for the paired wines as we don't like a mixture but enjoyed the bottled of white Mallorcan wine that the waiter suggested. We didn't think the food was... More

Visited 2 years' ago and it was superb. However the food this time was bland and unexciting and the service hit and miss. Not a great experience, and there are so many fabulous restaurants in the locale. They need to wake up and not rest on their laurels.

We love Soller and particularly the predominant tapas style cooking that is widely available (and very good too). We had Mushroom soup (creamy, silky and very very good - loved the final assembly at the table) smoked cod (again delicate and very lovely), Alaskan salmon (good), lamb loin (very very good) and Lemon cream with fruits (flat end to a... Ate there twice this week and the quality was unreal.we booked Monday and after finding that menu changes on Wednesday booked again for two days later. we were not disappointed. Very good value at 30e for 4 courses - with 2 bottles of wine and water was less than 50e incl tip. Had tasting menu second night at 48e with... More
