My family and I wanted to eat a well-known local specialty in this restaurant, after which one of the employees rudely and arrogantly dismissed us at the door of the empty restaurant.

Although I am often visiting high-end restaurants, I rarely encountered such unfriendly arrogance, as here. Arogantly turning away a family, where the children would like to only try the local specialty (Kobarid dumplings), althought the restaurant is half empty, is something a renown restaurant should...not do. They will not see me or us again!More

We made a stop in Kobarind to have a coffee at the Restaurant "Restavracija Kotlar". It was the 20th of June at almost 3 PM and the Restaurant has somewhat customers. Because my wife was handicaped, we can*t walk that much. But the Service Guy...said in a roughly sound, that we can't have only a coffee.More

Really good food and nice ambiente! We had a great time, nice servers, good drinks and really good fish! We’d definitely go back there.

Went for dinner, a nice terrace at the city square. It is quite unique and they serve you very well. Prices are decent and food is delicious and well prepared. They serve also good house wine. We had the seafood risotto and pasta bolognese. Service...is quite fast and the food came hot. The taste was excellent, both the risotto and the pasta tasted very good.More

We had a very nice lunch here in Kobarid at this restaurant. The food was very good quality and tasted great. Lots of options for carnivores but limited options for vegetarians, unless you like a lot of mushroom options. That said, the vegetarian porcini mushroom...risotto did taste good. The staff were friendly and professional, but the place seemed understaffed that day. Important to note that COVID-19 protocols did not seem to be observed by the staff, who were not wearing any masks.More

Excellent food, very professional and discrete service. We came in by accident and were very surprised by the high quality of food. Delicious spag bolognese, fish soup and grilled calamari. Highly recommend and we will for sure come back!!

The waistaff was very attentive, but, lordy, this place was overpriced and the food wasn't particularly good. I had what was labeled as lamb but am not convinced that was what was served to me; whatever it was, it was dried out and over-salted. The...fried potatoes it was served with were fine, but that wasn't what I was paying the steep price for. Wish I'd gone somewhere else.More
