Chosen as the venue for a mid week holiday evening meal, we were not disappointed either by the standard of food or service. The restaurant is accessed by a stone stairway a short distance from the car park, to a sunken outside courtyard where both interior and exterior dining are offered. We were given a very warm welcome and dined... More

This beautiful restaurant is set in an idyllic sunken garden. The welcome was friendly and the menu du jour at just 16 euros was a gastronomic delight. We were only one of two couples dining but to be honest that added to the tranquillity of the place. This was a absolute find off a busy road through a not particularly... More

We had eaten here at the beginning of our stay and really enjoyed it, so booked again for our last night. However, the meal took three hours from start to finish (OK, we were on a menu and could have chosen to go a la carte, but that would have been way more expensive). By the end we had pretty... More

Given the positive reviews we were disappointed. Food was mediocre at best. Staff were friendly and welcoming, service was polite but very slow. Main course of stuffed vegetables was passable but underwhelming, fish main course from more expensive menu was disappointing. Asked for ice cream for kids as desert - served with excessive squirty cream which we had to scrape... More

Lovely little restaurant set in a sunken courtyard. Fans push out water vapour to keep you cool. Food was delicious served by a very friendly waitress. 4 of us chose a set menu and 4 of us were very happy with our beautifully presented food. Adequate wine list and interesting aperitifs. Lovely ambiance. Menu in French only.

My friend and I rented an apartment for a week in Cavaillon and mostly cooked for ourselves. One day we chose to go out and this one looked good--other 2 recommended were closed. (Le Pantagruel appeared to be out of business). We just walked over and were told there would be a half hour wait. We relaxed on the bench... More

Don't be fooled by the humble appearance from the street level. Down the stairs, you'll find a lovely cosy place, pastoral with a touch of sophistication. The staff was welcoming, smiling yet professional and efficient. The food was excellent. Creative with lots of Provencal personality. Last but not least, it is sensibly priced (we were there 31st January, off peak... More

We arrived a bit early for our table to find the staff having their dinner, but rather than ask us to come back they led us to a table in a lovely little sunken courtyard and took our Apéritif order, what followed was a complete surprise...first of all the foie gras was excellent served with 3 different type of chutneys,... Arrived in Provence and first night tried this resto as close to house. Lovely peaceful setting, the staff were great and helpful and the food was good. We ate off a set menu so limited choice but will return for a wider range off the full menu.

Ate here when staying in the village. The waitress/owner was very knowledgeable and clearly passionate about her wines. The food (possibly cooked by her husband) was ok - but nothing amazingly special. We had the vegetable soup, the rabbit and the fish tartar. Soup was average, rabbit was ok and the dish was good. I think the French need to... More
