Went with 15 other people to eat at this spot. Service was good, food was above average and everything was served fresh from the owners own farm. I had BBQ others seemed to all be eating the Catfish. The honey pecan milk shake was very good. Plenty of space for a very large group with family style seating with dozens... More

We enjoyed a leisurely lunch at Tyboogies while traveling to St. Louis. This was out of the way, but we weren't pressed for time. My husband rates the club sandwich as one of the best he has ever had. I had a shrimp poboy and it was delicious, too. We plan to go back in the near future.

A surprising find on the way to the Johnny Cash Home. Very clean and nicely decorated with locally found wooden items. A large variety of food with most, like the BBQ beans, potato salad, etc made onsite. Large variety, steaks, chicken, homemade onion rings, catfish and burgers. Various sandwiches chicken salad, Reuben. The prices are higher than expected-a pimento cheese... More

This restaurant is a great place to come and get good home cooking. The owners do the cooking themselves and are very nice. Been here a few times and was very pleased every time. I have had the Chicken Fried Steak, the Hamburger Steak, Pizza, Cheese sticks, BBQ Ribs, Strawberry Cake, Fried Chocolate Pie, and the sides that come with... More

Really enjoyed the great tasting Hamburger steak. The barbque was good also. The atmosphere is good with friendly country people around.

Room was quaint but cute. Menu was limited. Tasted as if it came out of a can. Although we were the only customers there, the food was cold.

We were in town to visit the Southern Tenant Farmer's Museum, then on to Dyess to visit JC's boyhood home. We had been told to eat at Tyboogies, and were glad that we did. We had the wraps, which were good, and the service was prompt, though there were just a few others in the restaurant by the time we... More
