The service was great and so was the food. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Springdale Arkansas.

very good service and consistently good food. had to move booths, because the a/c was dripping on Mom. It was too cold in there. two of us brought jackets to wear, and it was 95 degrees outside.
This was a miserable meal. The parking lot was empty on a Sunday at 1:00, so we were happy we didn't have to wait. Now we know why! The service was very slow! The restaurant was bone chilling cold, so cold that the vents were dripping and my teeth were chattering. We told the waiter who said that everyone who... More
I am a big Outback fan, always good food and a great variety now. This location was nice, but the service was just not connecting very well for our visit. Could have been timing, it was a Wednesday early evening, so definitely not rush. Still a great meal.
Just because I come in alone don't assume I want to sit in the bar! I ordered the twenty dollar filet. My waiter never can back to check on me. I would have liked another drink but couldn't find him. The prices are really good for their steaks and the taste is good. I feel like you get your money's worth, unlike some of the overpriced steak houses in this area.
The Outback was our special place years ago, so for a 70th birthday this was our place. Memories! First, the blooming onion took ages and was served raw, the powdered spices were still in powder form on half the onion. After the long wait, we said 'NO'. The sirloin medium rare steaks were cooked as ordered, but the taste was... More
