Oasis in the Middle of Petra

After walking for more than 8 kilometers from Petra's entrance, the Basin restaurant is an oasis where you can take a rest and have lunch. The buffet selection is good and service is great. A stop here gives you energy to walk back the other...8 up hill kilometers back to the entrance.More

Great spot for a beer!

We trekked around all day in the hot sun and stopped here for a delicious cold Petra beer on tap and very friendly service by Taha and staff. Highly recommended for a beer and lunch in Petra!More

Great lunch after the hardest of the hikes :)

We had a very lovely buffet here at Basin restaurant, on a top location and really friendly staff, especially Taha! Totally recommend itMore

Best place to it in ancient City of Petra! Great food and service!

Beutyfull place, with great view. Prices are ok for this kind of place but if You will take in cosideration great food and deserts <3 as well as % beer You will know its worth it. Greetings for Taha and thank You for great time!More

Best place to eat in Petra!

Out of all of the food options, we decided on this location. Not only was it a buffet, but the price was worth the food. Omar and Muayyad were spectacular. They were very hospitable and the service was friendly and fast.More
