We ordered sheesh kebab, shawarma plate, lentil soup and a hummus. The quality was average..the shawarma chicken was dry and the sheesh kebab lamb meat was hard to chew. The lentil soup and hummus were nice and kept the dinner from becoming a failure. Total bill was for 17 JD.

After a major hike in Petra, I came here to have dinner before going to sleep. My hotel was last than 100meters from here. I got the mixed grill, lentil soup and coke. Soup was little too watery but good. The mixed grill was very good. I paid in cash. A little expensive but not too much.

Quick service, limited menue, more a type of snack-bar for a quick bite. They serve mostly fast food, but it's nice to eat if this is what you're looking for. Not very cheap for the food you get.

Generous dishes, very tasty, right price. We went here after hour host told us. Service is not the fastest in the world but we looked for good food and we found. Hummus, falafel, kebab, everything really good. Be careful, portions are abundants. Two hummus, two falafel, one big kebab and one big mixed dish, two water, two soft drinks 22.5... More

Deceptive from the outside but local food done well with friendly, efficient service. Most people are passing through Petra and arrive knowing that they have an early start to the Siq. If you want a quick snack of hummus and taboulleh or a fresh kebab or an evening supper with locals try here.

People here did not speak English but we managed to order what we wanted. Food was great and prices are very reasonable. We wished we had more days to come back and eat here. This seems to be local favorite and that is what we want to experience when we are in foreign countries.

This place got recommended to us by the receptionist from our hotel. It was just around a 100 meters from our accommodation, and we were extremely hungry after a whole day in Petra. So without thinking we went there. We got seated quickly and started to look through the rather short menu. After deciding upon what we would like to... More

Standard Middle Eastern fare on offer. Food was average in flavour, prices reasonable (cheaper than downtown restaurants). Service was adequate. Consider buying your lunch from here but note this must be done the night before (not open early in the morning).

Reasonable prices, really good versions of the Jordanian standards, and there are plenty of locals eating there, not just tourists. I would definitely go back if I were eating another meal in Wadi Musa.
