This place is amazing! Atmosphere is chill and classy, the staff is very friendly and professional. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, making the customers happy is their main priority. In particular I would like to mention Yoana, Teodor and one...more boy (forgot his name, but he is from Simitli) all of them were really GREAT and they made our stay exceptional! Thank you!!!More

Food is quite disappointing by all means. Service is average, nothing special, nothing too bad. Biggest problem is the food. Pastas are terrible.

This is the best restaurant in Bansko simply because it combines all you’d hope for in an Italian restaurant - delicious food, cosy interior with a romantic feel, and friendly staff. Totally recommend!

We ate here twice whilst staying in the hotel and many of the items on the menu were included in the half board package with only a small supplement on the rest. Both meals were top quality and served by friendly and professional staff. The...tagliatelle tossed in the warm Parmesan bowl was sensational. If we were ever going back to Bansko, I would head here to eat.More

Pretty much as you would expect from an Italian in a hotel of this calibre. Good quality ingredients, well made and with very friendly staff.

We like Come Prima as the service is very good, the meals are finely prepared, and it all creates a cosy environment and a pleasant experience.

It is a bad sign when the signature dish of the restaurant is a salad that is literally a neat pile of chopped tomatoes and cucumbers without a dressing or any flavor. The caprese salad was a breaded fried ball of Mozzarella and some dry...leaves of green. Fish dishes were even worse, but cost so much more. And for these plates of bland fish, the wait was more than 45min. Even then they could not get the order correct. Portions were small even by fine dining standards. I am headed to get some French fries and a crepe. Still hungry.More

We have visited Come Prima for a dinner on December 28th at 21:00. Restaurant was quite empty with only 3 companies. Very atmospearic place and excellant service. All the dishes ( starter, main, deserts) we took were nice, except the tuna and the starter soup...with pumpkin. The pumpkin soup had excess cinnamon and the tuna was not that fresh. I have eaten lots of tunas all around the world, in Mauricius, in Greece but this one although excellant cooked it was not fresh. I would have expected better quality for a plate priced in Bulgaria for 70leva. Pumpkin velour soup 6/10 ( lots of cinnamon) Zucchini cream soup 8,5/10 (needed more salt, good texture , average shellfish) Kids burgers 8/10 (nice cooked, good taste, small even for gourmet.) Cassoncelli (9/10) Salad 8/10 Wine glass 8/10 Desert 9/10 Service 10/10 (15leva tip) Bill at 275leva I wont choose it again..More

Despite the lovely waiting staff, this is probably one of the worst resteraunts I've ever been to. We waited almost 2 hours for our mains (the place was empty) and when they arrived they were really horrible, and TINY for the ridiculous price we paid...for them. Would highly discourage going hereMore

The only positive thing to say about this restaurant is the waiter was very nice. Other than that, really terrible. Very slow for food to come out, even on a cold meats and cheese platter. Our mains took over an hour and a half, and...were worse than bad. Dreadful restaurant trying to be something it is so far from able to be. To top it all off, it's way overpriced. Highly discourage you go here.More
