My husband and I enjoyed a lovely weekday breakfast here whilst in the area on holiday. The range was slightly limited (I was told that weekday breakfast is a new thing for them) but the food was got was very nice. My husband had some loose leaf Earl Grey tea, muesli and a croissant with butter and jam, and I... More

It looks like a an old fashioned wooden village hall and overlooks the marshes but the food is always very good..strawberries and asparagus are the in season specialities but if you are staying in the area do book their Tapas Evening which is delightful. This is 'one of a kind' sort of place that you have to go to to... More

Didn't get as far as the door because it is apparently closed until 23rd March - but there is only a very small sign telling us so......

Wiveton Hall cafe has become a little bit a victim of its own success or should I say the success of the owner Desmond McArthy seen on TV in the show Normal for Norfolk. It can now be very busy. However it is in a wonderful setting on the edge of the marshes at Wiveton and it does serve the... More

Now regular lunch time visitors and feel the need to add our congratulations to the team at Wiveton. The location and staging ( indoors and out ) all contribute but it is the food and service that matters and that impresses. Well designed dishes of familiarity but with significant originality in content or presentation. Never been disappointed in a single... More

No, not what you might expect from a farm cafe. The food isn't cheap, but it's good. The breakfasts are special, or try the huge sausage butties! Tea, coffee, hot chocolate with a slice of mouthwatering cake is yummyat any time of the day. . It's a 15 minute's walk along the path from Blakeney, & not suitable for wheelchairs.... More

Six of us popped in here for lunch yesterday ( 4 adults and 2 children). Two had mussels, which they said were really good. The children had pasta and sandwich, which they nearly finished. My husband had pasta and I had a mixed salad. The salad was very interesting, loads of different things in it. Overall I think the prices... More

Travelling home from our short stay in North North Norfolk we called in hoping to have lunch, the restaurant was fully booked, but they managed to kindly squeeze us in. The food was fantastic, the Lobster was just perfect, Beef Stew was beautifully cooked and the children's choice was excellent for our little people. I also managed to pick up... More

Best fruit scones anywhere I have eaten! But get there early, 'cos when they're gone they're gone! Happy chaos is ensured by free running chickens and there is a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere as a result! Choice of teas is good and the service is welcoming. As a Winter Norfolk visitor, a shame I now need to wait until Spring for... More

Description
A kaleidoscope of different colours characterise the interior of Wiveton Hall Cafe on the North Norfolk coast. We endeavour to source as many ingredients directly from the farm as we can. Local suppliers are championed by our head chef, and provide the cafe with quality fresh bread, cheeses, meat and seafood. Our evenings are given over to Wood Fired Pizza's in the week and Tapas on the weekend.
