Great breakfast! Very clean and service was great. They have numerous 'locally made cookie jars for sale, plus posters & pics of Elvis.

Warm western atmosphere with delicious food and good prices. We went for Breakfast/Lunch so we had a mix of foods and got to try a lot of what they offer. Their "real mashed potatoes" are definitely real and definitely delicious. They also serve Texas toast so be sure to ask for it if you want some toasted butter bread in... More

Good food, good prices. We found the service to be excellent. Hamburgers are good, chili is homemade, Daily specials very reasonably prided also.

I eat here once a week when I'm home . The folks that work here are friendly as can be even when dealing with a full house. The food is country cooking at its finest. Don't expect fancy or exotic dishes. This is the best place to eat in Mountain View. Only drawback is they're not open on Monday 😒

When we went, there were lots of locals having lunch. The service was friendly and fast. They have daily specials and serve breakfast all day. The prices were very reasonable. They don't take credit or debit cards. The only negative comment I have is that some of the vegetables were canned. Try the biscuits. They are great.

The night we dropped in at the Rainbow Cafe the chicken fried steak was the special. The waitress explained that the steak was cut, tenderized and breaded right there; it didn't come frozen from a bag. It was Deee-lish! And the mashed potatoes were the real thing too. It was pie day (pies are made on Tuesdays and Thursdays) and... More

Had a great breakfast. The biscuit and home fries were very good. My server was very helpful & friendly. Only downside was that they only took cash so be prepared for that. Elvis decor in the bathroom was interesting too.

Have to eat here at least one time every trip to Mt View. Someone sure loves Elvis. We love their breakfast. Good people and good food.

Stopped in for dinner after a day at the Folk Park.. Staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful and it felt more like dinner with friends than dinner at a restaurant. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our meals (and dessert). If you can imagine a chicken-fired steak the size of a dinner plate sitting on a hamburger roll, you can... More
