I had the salmon with charquican chilote and it was simply amazing. The salmon was grilled to perfection and the outside crust tasted amazing (again!). Together with the puree it was perfect. I would absolutely recommend this place.

The Curanto was the best thing that I ever taste in my life. It was a festival of flavors in my mouth. The restaurant atmosophere was really nice and staff members was kind during all night. Perfect soundtrack and piscos. A must go in Castro.
