We arrived early for funeral of a good friend. We visited the castle and was greeted by a very pleasant friendly lady. We ordered breakfast for two. It was cooked to perfection, did not leave anything, with toast and lovely brown bread, and a pots tea. Good value, we freshened up and went on our way. A few hours later... More

Stopped here for the 3rd time for food, great feed, staff are so friendly, it's always busy which is a great sign, food is gorgeous every time we visit, it's well worth turning off the motorway for. The steak is the best thing on the menu by far but everything is nice, can't fault anything in this place and there's... More

Great location, Half way between Dublin and Galway. Good quality food like you use to have for Sunday lunch. Very busy restaurant but they turn over the tables very quickly so even if you haven't pre booked you don't have to wait too long.

Stopped here with our coach tour on our first full day in Ireland. The food is great and it was a nice mid-morning break. The sign said it had a gift shop but I didn't see it. My husband had the traditional Irish Breakfast which he said was great. I had scones and tea which were both hot and enjoyable.

We just happened to stop here. We decided to have lunch, since we didn't want to wait until we got to Dublin. I am so glad that we did. It was the best tasting salmon I have ever had. It was absolutely delicious! See the pictures below. The service was quick and efficient, which was amazing since the place was... More
