I booked a table a week in advance for Easter Sunday, I made a point of telling them that it was my Husbands Birthday and that our family would be joining us, so could they make a point of giving us a good table. When we arrived everyone was disappointed with the table that we were given, as it was... More

Booked a table for 3 on a Saturday night, was not overly busy. Pleasant décor and nice log burner- although it was a little warm to have it in use that particular day! Good food and friendly service.

Brilliant beer, excellent food, excellent service. Great atmosphere. The steaks are mind blowing, also very impressed with the deserts. Well worth a trip!

Visited mid-week at end of March. Appeared to be a quiet lunchtime and we were quickly shown to a table and given menu's. The three of us sat and waited, continued waiting, nobody seemed interested in leaving the bar area and taking any drink or food orders. A couple of gentlemen sitting at a nearby table also looked somewhat at... More

We sat in the beer garden on a sunny Sunday and chose from the barbecue menu. Food was tasty albeit a little more expensive than expected, and took nearly an hour to arrive. It as good... More
