We loved our two nights in apartment 4 with lovely balcony looking over the old town. Room is very pretty and clean. Everything you need is in the room. Vicky who looks after the rooms is super friendly and kind. She really helped make our...stay. Breakfast was lovely. Ate all our meals in the restaurant as food is delicious. Location is perfect and also free parking on site.More
Tasty meat and couple of veggie options available, so both happy. Friendly staff entertained by our efforts in Montenegrin.
The restaurant is no longer called Kula but Old Town Konoba. Its still referred to as Kula with locals. Great restaurant - nice & cosy setting, lovely food and friendly waiters. The teleca corba and begova corba were really tasty. Everything was nice and fresh....Great prices and hearty portions.More
Very nice place to stop for good eating and relaxing when you are visiting Stari Bar. Excellent and friendly service, good English speaking staff, food was fresh and delicious, especially fish dishes but others good as well. Very charming hoste lady! Highly commended!
We visted this restaurant again. Last year was very good but now is much better. Especialy service is so profesional, the waiter is so polite. The restaurant is located near the entrance so higly recommended!!
Visiting Kula, or Old Town Konoba as it is the name now, was one of the best decisions that we’ve made when it comes to restaurants. Friendly and professional staff, amazing food, great offers in beer and wine. Prices are pretty low for the quality...this restaurant gives. Will be back again.More
Restaurant with a very wide range of national and international dishes, affordable prices, very friendly and helpful staff. The food is very tasty. Restaurant Stara Kula (as it's called now) is the right recommendation to visit.
We had a visit from Denmark and needed a good spot to get some food and drinks. This place offered all that and the personal was all friendly and helpful. Definitly a time to remember. If you need to feel welcome and appriciated - go...and visit Konoba Old Town (as it is called now).More
The restaurant is located close to the entrance into the old city. The waiter was friendly and the food was good. The portions are large.
Better and bigger portions than what you see in the procure. Good grilled meat! Nice indoor places and outdoor as well.
Unfortunately it was very quiet in the restaurant - we were pretty much the only guests - but I guess it’s off season now. There were a lot of meat dishes to choose from on the menu. The omelet for breakfast was equally nice but...the real highlight for me was the baklava so I even bought some to take away with me. Huge portion for just 2 euros!More
Situated at the top end of the main street coming down from the castle, the restaurant occupies a great spot in Stari Bar. With a distinctive exterior facade, the restaurant has a really atmospheric traditional old school interior - loads of wood & stone, together...with a couple of fantastic stepped and covered external seating areas positioned opposite. Foodwise, we found the menu offer to be varied with some traditional soups, salads and grills, plus a range of decent coffee. Our meals were nothing short of excellent - the food was delicious, cooked fresh and full of taste. The prices were good, as was the service - definitely worth giving it a go, we really couldn't fault the restaurant on the strength of this visit.More
It was our 3rd place of choice for dinner in Stari Bar. It looked ok and we decided to go since we were too tired to go looking for other places. Firstly, the restaurant was full when we came, but 2 tables just got free....We were offered one of them. But, the second one was served first(I mean salt, pepper, ashtray, napkins and so on. Then we got a menu after 10 minutes of waiting. 1 menu. For 2 person. The waiter took our order at 21:30. We got a salad, 2 pasta and a bottle of wine. We waited 47 minutes to get food. 3 tables, much bigger tables, were served before us. Also for the bottle of wine we had to ask for bucket with ice(it was white wine) and the waiter looked surprised. The food is bad, cucumbers in Greek salad were rubbery so as some sea food in pasta. The sauce was poor, salty and with kinda aggressive fried taste. Didn't even finish the wine. Maybe it's the street - there are a lot of people and there is no other place to go, so the places on this street do not really care.More
I loved this restaurant, it was one of my favourites during our holiday in Montenegro. The service was awesome, the waiters were patient and friendly, and had incredible memories. The food was so-so delicious, and the prices were reasonable. We got some bread before our...meals arrived. This bread was the best I have ever tasted. I almost stole some to take them home with us. I actually had the thought about it :D so you can believe how freaking good the bread was... I ordered chicken kebab, it was really tasty. Nice quantity, nice quality. The fried vegetables were great too, although some ajvar would have been appreciated. I also ordered trilece at the end of the dinner, and it was amazing! Simply perfect! The restaurant is nicely decorated, the internal design and furnitures are lovely. Try this restaurant, you won't regret it!More
