Seldom have I enjoyed buffet in the morning. However, the restaurant's look-out point of Tagaytay lake in the morning is as satisfying as the buffet spread. The view is awesome and the air is so fresh. The buffet spread offers traditional Philippines favorites and the food is well prepared. Some continental items like cereals and eggs-to-your option are also prepared... More

Visited with my cousins for a quick stop in Tagaytay. Opted to dine here because.the view is just perfect, facing Taal Volcano. The place is serene. Air conditioned. What I enjoy much here are the waiters, they seem to be like our fathers bringing our food. I love that they have senior waiters, proving that they employ equally. The food.... More

Josephine's used to be one of the most beloved restaurants in Tagaytay. Now, the service is slow, the place is buzzing with huge flies, and food is unappetizing. Did the old management leave? What happened, Josephine's?

Years ago, we often dined at your restaurant with great pleasure. My children had fond memories not only because of the food but the ambience as well. Few days ago, we decided to revisit. To our great disappointment - the food and the service have gone south! We ordered tenderloin steaks medium rare served on sizzling plates. Well, the tenderloin... More

It was almost 9 PM on a Saturday when we had our dinner and the place is not crowded anymore. We ordered Bulalo and Fried Tawilis and I noticed that the food was saltier compared to the last time we went there. I remember putting a bit of vinegar to my bulalo to neutralize the saltiness and the soup is... More

But lots of people too. The lunch buffer offers a lot of variety! Be careful some of the creamy dishes when the climate is hot though, they might spoil faster. The ala carte menu is not bad as well. A plus is the wonderful view of Taal Volcano at the back where you can have photo ops!

We were three families looking for a nice place for lunch during our stay in Tagaytay, and "chanced" up on Josephine. It was really a great find. Location: Very good location with ample parking space. Very spacious inside and outside. Food: We had the seafood platter (excellent - spiced up with pepper), soups (clam chowder was great), multiple chicken dishes,... More

Has several selection of dishes but oyster is not included; the place for the buffet has no good lighting; the dishes are delicious but i still prefer the ala carte dining; after having lunch you can go to the deck or garden where you can see the unobstructed Taal lake which is a good site for picture taking

This restaurant is fantastic! The view from their dining room is breathtaking. The service is top notch. The place is super clean. And best of all, The Filipino food is masarup! We tried six different dishes and all of them were tasty. They also have outdoor seating, a sketch artist and traditional ice cream on your way out. We will... More
