Foods taste alright but despite the place seen fantastic from outside it actually give you a creepy vibe inside.

We ordered a seaweed salad, fried watercress with mushrooms and spaghetti with mushroom cream sauce. The first two dishes were OK but the last one had nothing to do with the mushroom cream sauce the way we know it. It wasn’t creamy at all and...the mushrooms were just minced or blended. It tasted strange. The iced tea and coffee weren’t bad at all. The reason why I wouldn’t return to this restaurant isn’t because of the food but more because of the service. The waiter/owner, an old guy, was all the time turning around us or standing pretty close and staring at us. It made us feel awkward and we didn’t feel comfortable eating and talking. The restaurant was almost empty and we got all his attention. He probably wanted to be near in case we needed and this isn’t unusual in Myanmar but it’s the first time the waiter stays so close and stares in such an insistent manner.More
There are more Buddhist temples in Bagan than anywhere else in the world, I'm told, some large and splendid and some small and falling down. I cycled my way through Burma, and Bagan ws a highlight. A Little Bit Bagan Restaurant has Western and Burmese...food. I went for the local dishes, they were very tasty. The Burmese are shy people, if the waiiter doesn't respond to you, he probably doesn't speak English, just point at the menu.More
We walking in with friend, nobody dosent see us about 7min. Then my friend ask the menu they bring the menu to us. So we choose the food and looking around again about 5min. Then we ask can we order and they said the waiting...time is 45minutes. I was allready sitting there for nothing 15min orsm.....More
Wonderful service. Very tasty Indian food blended with local Burmese style of cooking. Thoroughly enjoyed.recomnend for friendly service and good lay out of tables
Ordered the fish curry set. It came with white rice, some cut birds eye chilli and peanuts on the side. It was tasty and the fish, fresh. Despite the mixed reviews of this restaurant, my visit was pleasant and the food good, the waiter was...attentive and speak some English. To end the meal, some sour plum sweets were offered.More
It has local and western options, the place and staff is nice and the food and prices good. I would recommend it!
Walked up and down restaurant row and finally decided on A Little Bit of Bagan restaurant. The best thing about this restaurant is the ambiance which drew us in.....great vibe and nice patio...Of course this lead to a busy restaurant, add an extremely large menu...and they were having difficulty keeping up with the pace. When the food arrived after over an hour it was good, not great, but by then we were hungry and it had really dampened our spirits for the night...despite having already finishing our nice Aussie wine bottle well before....Frankly if the waiters had kept us informed of their progress and offered a couple of smiles this could’ve easily turned our night around and our whole experience.....you will note we typically offer 5 well deserved stars as we do our research prior...I think with better timing it could have been different, but really guys....a small apology, extra plate of peanuts or a simply a smile would really have gone a long way!More
It is very nice restaurant with good food very oryginal charcoal food I was try twice Time with fish was amazing I like atmosfere this place
I had tamarind leaves with river fish curry which came with rice for 5,800ks or ~4USD. It was delicious and the tamarind leaves were interesting. It was my first time to try it. Awesome value for money.
Had excellent food, although service really lacked basic english skills. The wine complementing the food was sweet wine which was a shame
Lift your game. Place was empty when I arrived. I know why now. Host was disinterested in service. Beer is advertised for wrong price. Don’t go here.
Everything to recommend; wide array of options on the menu; prepared with care; taste was exquisite; very pleasant authentic furniture and decor; convivial bilingual host; draught beer; newspapers to read
Bagan is a popular destination with people visiting Myanmar (once called Burma). We dined at this restaurant, it's casual dress with a good range of food. Myanmar gets some bad press from time to time, but the locals are friendly.
Thanks you very much for your 5 stars review.
Nice people! The meals we had were all delicous, on the last day we even got a wonderfull fruit plate for free. 10/10
