Nice bar, which also serves food earlier in the evening. Amazing view during daytime and love the fact that its as the name says, its located in the toop of the roof so u are so close to the sky! Dont miss at least 1 visit when u are in Kisumu!

I was part of the first team that started the Duke of Breeze, and from the onset, you could tell the great heights it was soaring towards. The place is well managed, and attracts expats in the town owing to its Dutch proprietors. Watch your football, have a drink with a friend, and enjoy loud music. You'll enjoy it more... More

The terrace is nice, the bar is solid, has a nice view over kisumu. The stuff is polite and the music good. All that would make the place wonderul but the food was so disapointing that ruined the whole mood. I ordered the fish. That's how they call it actually, fish fillet with fancy described sauce and chips. What i... More

Duke of Breeze is a good place to hang out after you've already had a chance to get some drinks down by the lake and want to head into town for dancing but aren't quite ready to hit up the clubs. Warning - this place is usually packed with short-term, expats which can kill the vibe some nights.

The Rooftop Bar is a really good mix and tourists and locals. The fact that it is on a rooftop makes it a nice open alternative to the traditional disco, with a beautiful view of the city. The service is good and the prices are fair. If you are lucky, you meet future there

A group of us volunteers were told to try this bar for great food and drinks. Drinks were great as was the view and music... but unfortunately when we showed up there was some sporting thing going on and they could only offer us a set meal, which really wasn't terribly good. What i did love was the service! After... More

I was there for the friday night rooftop bar, and it is a great place to start your night. Met a ton of new interesting people, both locals and expats. Decent price on drinks, nice bar and dance area. In general a good place to hang out and relax.
